“Jennifer and Jonna were super helpful. They are so kind, polite and supportive for all the needs. I even had to come back and forgot something and to have my concerns promptly handled professionally was a breath of fresh air. This was the best USPS experience I have ever had and will recommend everyone this location. I wish every rep in post offices were like Jennifer and Jonna.”
“Went to pak mail tonight to have a fax sent. The staff was friendly, helpful and even called me when the fax went through so I could swing back by and pick it up. I believe the employees name was Miella and I will be back because she was friendly and helpful.”
“Second time I've been there to have some papers notarized. Both times everything went smoothly and there were no problems. Don't forget your ID if using the notary service! It is very inexpensive as well, $5 per signature. Highly recommend.”
“Mark showed kindness and helped me out of a jam. I was cycling on the bike trail and a bad storm came up so i asked if i could take shelter until it passed. He allowed me to hang out, invited me to sit down, and so i spent some time with him and his sweet Great Dane Harley until it was safe for me to leave. We had a good conversation and I will always be grateful for him for literally providing shelter in a storm.”
“I adore this little post office. The workers I see the most are ALWAYS helpful, quick, and efficient. I've not had any issues with my packages going missing (unlike some post offices in STL🤨). Thank you for outstanding service.”
“I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Lexi. During a really difficult situation, she were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Her compassion and willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. You can truly tell she cared about the people she helps, and her positive attitude and professionalism are admirable. I’m very grateful for the support and would highly recommend them to anyone! Shes a huge asset to fedex, will choose fedex again only due to having such a great experience with her!”
