Poor customer service I took my business to another branch- don’t waste your time

Us Bank has filled there app with ads (when it's working) and their locations with employees that think the system being down is normal and don't even have the slightest empathy that the bank is waiting your time. I think it is time to look for a new bank.

Do not put any cash or checks in the drive thru ATM. The employees at this US Bank has no way of accessing it. I’m not sure how this is even possible since it is a US Bank ATM at a US Bank location. So US Bank is currently stealing my money because they have no way to get me my check back.
