My husband and I recently moved to the area and needed to open accounts. We chose US Bank because of its reputation with friends and family. We had an excellent experience with Colton. He asked appropriate questions about our needs and helped us open the right accounts for us as well as teaching us how to use the online system. Thank you, Colton, for sharing your expertise with us!

Absolutely horrible service. My bank is all the way in alton Illinois and had a client write me a check from this bank so just went here to cash it and they wanted my ssn to cash a 150 dollar check.they said my drivers license was not acceptable and it had to be my ssn. Are you serious? I've never had this happen in my life. Only if it's over 10 grand. I refuse to give a bank I don't have an account with my ssn even when my clients have accounts here. That's after wanting to charge me 7 dollars to cash a check from their customers account here. I will strongly encourage EVERY client I have from here to not do buisness with this bank and I just put an amendment into my contracts that I don't take us bank checks anymore. The clients have to find alternative payments. I WILL GLADLY TAKE THOSE LOSSES IF THE CLIENTS CANT FIND ALTERNATIVE PAYMENTS AND NOT DO WORK FOR THEM. Especially after they treat you rudely because I won't give them my ssn. I'll take these checks to my personal account later this week and I will never set foot in a US bank again in my life. Thanks for nothing and the horrible customer service !!!

Paul, Laura, Spence, Brea, Tyler, Heather - these people are the main reason I remain with the bank overall. The staff at this branch ensure you're welcomed each time you come in (which for a long time was a rarity with the pandemic) and in spite of how hard hit they were with business they push forward to make sure everyone is taken care of. No attitudes, no worries, and even if I don't get an answer I want, I'll get the one I need. I'm not going to hold my opinion of the bank overall against anyone at this branch whatsoever.

This location is horribly slow. You sit in the drive thru for over 20 minutes because they are short staffed as well notl closing the line if there is someone in line doing all their banking that should be done inside.

I've been banking with U.S. Bank for years now, and for the first time, I had to make a large withdrawal. This branch not only helped me to do this, they also gave me information on the benefits of different forms of savings accounts. Very helpful team here.

I thought the ATM machine was located outside at the drive-thru, but it's not. This location's ATM is inside the after-hours lobby, open to everyone.

This place is great -- every time that I have been here, the tellers have been super helpful, quick, and very courteous. Have come here for everything from simple deposits to open/closing accounts and Western Union.
