“My first impression as I drove into the Arbors of Glen Ellyn was how nicely and tastefully the property is kept—from the tall trees to the thoughtful landscaping. It felt warm and welcoming.
When I parked, I noticed the spaces were wider than most I’ve experienced. I appreciate having room to open the car door wide and get in and out easily, which already had me smiling as I walked into the office. Inside, I was greeted with smiles and friendly hellos from the staff. They are professional, patient, and personable—easy to talk with and ready to answer questions.
After touring the property with its many amenities and seeing the model apartment, I knew this was where I wanted to make my new home. I was given a checklist to note anything that might need attention. I found only a couple of minor things, and within days the maintenance team arrived and fixed the issues. They did excellent work and were a pleasure to chat with—like meeting new friends.
As I was emptying boxes and settling in, I noticed how quiet the neighborhood is. Out my windows are those tall trees, green lawns, and beautifully landscaped areas. I’m glad I chose the Arbors of Glen Ellyn for my new home, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming community.”
“I love living here. There are three different types of buildings to choose from. I live in the one with underground parking. It's fantastic for the kids. It's fun and safe. The excellent elementary school is a 12-14 minute walk away, or you can take the school bus. The middle school is also good. The new management is making improvements for residents. Our complex is changing for the better.”

Throughout the day/night, you can hear the cars and any noise on the street, but I dont mind that at all. Just something to note if thats something you would.

“I’ve been living here at the Preserve at Cantera for 9 months now and feel I can speak to how great my experience has been over time. My experience with Malia, Christine, Mandy and Sherri in the leasing office has been wonderful from my original leasing process through to today. They are knowledgeable, helpful and kind every time and it’s a joy to know them! I have also had great experience with the Maintenance staff. Though I’ve had only a few minor problems to even report for fixing, Jay and Diego have always responded within a few hours to investigate and repair my issues. It’s also important to say that the maintenance staff fixed my issues properly the first time and problems solved. Lastly, I have found my new community to be a safe and fun place to live. I have lovely neighbors in my building and nearby! I have found the Preserve at Cantera to truly be a “community” that I’m glad to be a part of. There are events and groups that are available to join and I love that I could be a part of the gardening group! I’ve made new friends and shared the fun of growing vegetables for all the community to share in and enjoy. My experience has been perfect for me and I’m happy to be here.”
“This building is safe, clean, separated from town within a highway corridor (really should be Avant Across The Highway Between the Arboretum), and corporate. About the corporate part: My rent jumped up 10 percent first year in, likely due to a RealPage AI algorithm the feds are currently prosecuting against as I type. This rent increase came in an automated email. I denied the offer, which gave me two weeks to decide before the price went even higher. This caused a human from the office to contact me for the first time ever in a timely manner. All my other emails went unanswered here, which is a whole other topic I'm not going to get in to. I think the office staff and janitors are good people, caught up in the same corporate system. For issues that concerned me, office staff said they would "go to bat for me," as if they can only help so much. At the end of the day, though, I chose it, and this is not a complaint but an observation. Still, I do wish I dug a little deeper and explored other options in the area more integrated with the town, where the landlord looks you in your eye, as well as your line on his spreadsheet.”

The minute we walked in the door, she got up with a smile on her face to greet us, shake our hand, and introduce herself and her associate who was in training. We had seen five other places before and after and she was by far THE most professional, outstanding leasing consultant that we had the pleasure of meeting and working with. We were so sad the unit did not fit our needs because we were so impressed with everything else. Ivan, the property manager, is truly the best—always professional, respectful, and willing to go above and beyond to help residents. His positive attitude and dedication to keeping everything running smoothly made a real difference.
The maintenance team Steve and Daniel, were incredible. They consistently responded quickly to service requests, whether it was something small like a leak or more urgent like an A/C repair during high temperatures. Their work ethic and kindness were greatly appreciated.
The amenities at Metro 59 were always clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully updated. The clubhouse is beautifully designed and welcoming, and the gym is equipped with high-quality machines I hadn’t seen at other rental communities. Even the garage parking areas were regularly cleaned and maintained, and the hallways always smelled fresh and inviting.
One of the things I valued most was the sense of safety. I never once felt unsafe while living here—it truly felt like home. I’ll always be grateful to the entire Metro 59 team for making my time here so special and for creating such a warm, well-managed, and harmonious place to live. Thank you for everything!”

“This five-star review is specifically for David and Mike on the maintenance team. When my heat stopped working late yesterday, David came out after hours to try to fix it. He stayed as long as he could working through the issue before explaining that he needed to get parts and would return in the morning. While he was here, he also discovered a leak in my water heater.
As promised, David returned the next morning with Mike, and they had my apartment fully up and running before noon. Both were kind, professional, and thorough. They also made sure to clean up any mess and even wiped down my floor before leaving.

“I am not sure where the bad reviews about bugs, roaches, etc are coming from but that is completely FALSE!!!! I’ve been here since 2021 and LOVE IT…Yes I’ve experienced rent increases every lease renewal but I have a peace of mind here and that means everything to me. I pay for indoor parking and always feel safe. Yes they have rules but I love it that’s how you keep the place from chaos. I have a beautiful view overlooking the beautiful lake and my balcony is so relaxing. The leasing office and maintenance team ROCKS!!!!!!! I called about a heat issue and asked for weather stripping at my front door oh my goodness within 20 minutes maintenance was knocking at my door and handled my request expeditiously. The landscaping is BEAUTIFUL and they have so much to offer here. Yes it may be on the pricey side but they are worth every dime. Yes you can find something cheaper but remember you get what you pay for. I am getting SUPERB treatment here and I HIGHLY recommend The Towers.”
“Don’t understand all the bad reviews. We signed a 15 month lease and never had any problems with the complex. The front office staff is always helpful and maintenance was always quick. Neighbors were all quiet and polite. I really wish I could give this place MORE than 5 stars because they were such rockstars while we lived here. I will say the only dowside in my opinion was that parking could be a little competitive on my side of the complex by 75th st.”
