“After suffering through a couple of high-pressure sales pitches from bigger carpeting companies (I won't name names, but you know their phone numbers!), working with Fabiola at Yonan Carpet One was a breath of fresh air. She patiently walked us through the carpeting choices, allowed us to take many samples home, and she worked diligently to answer all of our questions. If she didn't know the answer, she made sure to do the research to find out. She never pressured us to make our decisions. We took our time, and we are pleased with our choice. Highly recommend.”

“My wife and I were looking to remodel our current house. I contacted John, the owner. He made the time for my wife and I to stop by his showroom and go over samples of vinyl flooring. After back and forth, my wife and I finally found a color we both loved. John then came out to the house , for a measurement. He took one look and asked why would we want to remove our flooring. He educated us on our current floors being real hardwood. We decided to keep our current floors but have them redone. His crew came out and installed/tied into our old flooring. Then his supervisor, Victor, came out and applied multiple sample colors. Tina, in scheduling, worked around our contractors schedule. The entire company paid attention to all the details and made this process simple. These guys rock.”

Before our kitchen remodel even began, we had a sewer back up and needed to replace all of the carpeting in our lower level. After shopping around for vinyl flooring, we decided to go back to the Best Buy Showroom. We were very fortunate to be he helped by Laura G. Can’t say enough about her customer service. “I love my floors done by this Luna! Joe Marzano helped with every step of the way from start to finish--choosing the right LVP wood for my condo to installation and final touches. The entire job was done in about 2 days for my space, and Paulo (not sure if I have the spelling right) and the other installer who helped were always punctual and professional. Everything unfolded just as Joe and the contract indicated it would. I always received a courtesy call on the days installers were coming to let me know they were on their way and a feasible ETA, which I appreciated for my scheduling purposes. It was absolutely seamless work from start to finish which amazing. Ultimately, it was an exceptional experience working with this location, and I could not be more satisfied with the finished product! 10/10 would recommend everyone who was part of helping me through this location!”
