“I'd like to start out by saying that Patrick at ProSource of Naperville, saved the day! I was in the process of renovating my 60 year old cottage that's 5.5 hours away in REMOTE northern Wisconsin when my future son-in- law asked to host a surprise proposal there. Given only weeks to get a floor installed, Patrick walked me through the process and I chose a product that was in stock, good to go! Nope, there was a glitch in the order and my floor wasn't going to be delivered in time. Patrick went above and beyond and personally guaranteed that he would take care of the situation and have it delivered on site in time. Per his promise the order arrived in time and was installed...with two days to spare! Way to go Patrick! He approached the situation with kindness and compassion. He knew how special the event was to me and added an amazing human touch, that's something hard to find anymore. A big shout out to ProSource and Patrick!! Highly recommend!!”

“We were referred to Best Buy Interiors by our contractors for quartz countertops. Met with Rebekah at the Slab Office who was very helpful in assisting us in our selection. Before our kitchen remodel even began, we had a sewer back up and needed to replace all of the carpeting in our lower level. After shopping around for vinyl flooring, we decided to go back to the Best Buy Showroom. We were very fortunate to be he helped by Laura G. Can’t say enough about her customer service. She has a great design eye, is professional, helpful, & patient.She helped us select the perfect product for our project & was more than willing to work with our timetable. The installers were very good & worked late to complete our flooring in one day. Everyone called when they said they would & arrived on time. Really happy with the end result. Best Buy will also be installing our quartz countertops & kitchen backsplash tile. Hoping that will be another positive experience! Would recommend to family & friends. Ask for Laura G. She’s the best!”

“I’ve been here several times for various home improvement items, garden tools or plants, and even cleaning products (better prices than Amazon!) and this last time I was really impressed by how helpful Scott was in lumber. He helped me find exactly what I needed, even found an alternative option for a 2 x 2 I needed in cedar, and made the cuts for me perfectly. I really appreciated it and my potato box I’m making is coming along nicely. Thanks again!”

“Although I don't mind the natural smells hitting your senses as you walk in, the prices could be governed better. I paid twice I did last year for a lawn mower tune up kit. Another issue I have is the lack of floor personnel. I normally don't ask for help as I like to do the work myself and look around to find whatever it is I'm looking for, but if i can't find it, there's also nobody around to point you in the proper direction. Hence why I'm subtracting one star.”

“The Home Depot in Bloomingdale is far better than the Home Depot in Carol Stream.
Staff is friendly and helpful. The management appears to truly care about their team. I've personally witnessed two moral building activities by management at this location. Happy employees leads to positive customer experience.
The store is always clean and I can find people to help me when I have a question.
When I use the curbside pick up the employees always great me warmly, some even engage in friendly conversation. I have called management on two occasions to express how positive my experience their store has been. Once the manager said he was going to buy lunch for the employee I spoke of.
Other Home Depot locations are closer to me, but I go to Bloomingdale Home Depot for the customer service.”

Immense collection of kitchen accessories, appliances, household stuff, outdoor accessories furniture, building materials, and so on. Basically, any little/bug item you may think of will be available here.
Sometime back, I purchased Vinyl floor planks from here. We were not very sure which ones to get, so we approached one of the associates who assisted us with our query.
But my most recent visit here was exclusively for plant shopping. Spring is here and we need more plants both indoors/outdoors. I like their plant collection, most of the plants I've purchased turned out to be good. But I’d still say to use your judgment before buying.
The self-checkout section is a real-time saver, no need to wait in lines. I simply use the self-checkout whenever possible.
Plenty of parking most of the time, no matter what time of the day I visit this location.”

“Barry and Mitch were very helpful and answered all of my questions so I could get the lights that were appropriate. However I didn't get (honestly I didn't think to ask) a hard copy of the protection plan I paid for. It took me more than 35 min to get any info via phone and then it was wrong. I did call the store and the nice person told me where I could get it online. Seems I'm not in the system so i will have to fight that battle another day.”
“Great store location, and always very helpful staff. They seem to have been able to maintain a good staff throughout the pandemic, which lots of retailers have struggled with.
This location can get really busy, but the staff does a good job of helping people checkout quickly.”
“Shout out to Jack at Customer Service. We were having trouble finding a gardening tool (clearance item that did not list the aisle and bay online, and couldn’t locate the item in the normal spot), so we visited the service desk just to get some direction. Jack not only proceeded to look for the item in the system, simultaneously acknowledged and assisted other customers who were in line on the other side of the desk, but cleared the line and then walked us over to the area and found it in top stock. Super helpful, courteous, definitely a 5 star experience. Thank you Jack!”
