I will never buy fish from any pet supplies plus again. They sold us ich infected fish that resulted in the loss of basically an entire tank. The staff is mostly not knowledgeable or trained on caring for fish and they frequently have misleading information about tank size requirements and fish sizes.

3 kids up at the front desk not doing anything but sitting around talking..not even a single hi when we walked in..more like a glare of annoyance. when i asked if we could still give my dog a quick bath they said no it’s about to 8. mind you, it was not 8 yet. so why advertise til 8? after reading/seeing the bath reviews though maybe it was a blessing in disguise that i didn’t bathe my dog here.

What a great place to come and grab some food for my little fur friends. I also love that they have local rescue pets that you can meet and love on and donate food to. Great prices on food and friendly workers!

Quick in and out trip for wet and dry catfood. They have healthy catfood brands not available at other pet stores. Always a sale.

They have a dog wash station here which is awesome!! They have all the pet supplies you'd expect from a pet supply store. The only downside was in my opinion things were priced pretty high. You can bring your pet inside also which the kids thought was hilarious.

I took my dog there for a bath three weeks ago and it was beyond disgusting. I had to ask for a staff member to clean it which they are required to do after every dog. He acted like I was putting him out. He did not clean it like it should be. I have been taking my dogs there for years. The pictures I took are after he “cleaned” it and I housed the hair away from where I was standing.

Their hot water is broken which you don't find out till i unload the car with our heard ( 3 big dogs, and 4 kids)..not even room temperature...and the guy at the counter was still gonna charge me full price if we just braved the cold water!!!!!!!! I've also had other issues cause I used to go later in the evening to avoid waits or caos with the 3 dogs and just me...and I had never been told I couldn't wash them if it's was at least 30 minutes before closing . NOW if you walk in 59 minutes before they close NOW they won't let u use it at all !!! Money is money, and I ALWAY pick up all the mats and wipe the whole floor down cause my dogs make a mess...and I always try and leave places better than I found them.

The recommendations for their fish are abusive. They actually recommended a "minimum tank size" of 75 gallons for a 36" koi fish... 75 gallon tanks are barely longer than one koi fish. They should only be kept in ponds or pond sized huge tanks. The rest of their recommendations are not much better and they mislabeled fish species or mixed the tank labels.

Pet Supplies Plus is way better than PetSmart or Petco. This place has a really good variety of pet foods including some of the harder to find foods that are better quality. It may be smaller than the other ones but feels more inviting and comfortable inside.
