Then when we got the report back she went back through it to highlight the most significant issues and gave us names of professionals who could correct each issue and rough ballpark estimates on the cost so that we could really understand what moving forward on the sale would mean.

On our final walk through, Melissa was extremely thorough making sure every sink, appliance, etc was working the way it was supposed to. Thanks to her attention to detail we caught that one of the AC condensers wasn’t working and were able to have the sellers fix it.
