“I love shopping at this Target store. I like the layout of everything department compared to other Target stores I've been to. This store also has a bigger grocery department than other Target stores nearby. I've bought most of my daughter's custom birthday cakes from here. Completing complicated returns was done with respect to the customer. Couple of days ago I was buying a few household items that had 2 separate deals, somehow while adding & re-adding items I had forgotten to add one of the deals back. I called the store, verified that they would still honor the deal & went to the store to get the giftvard for the deal. I was able to the gift card after the sales rep verified my receipt with no issues.”

“Jose Gonzalez I have had many problems with my phone today I came into the facility and I needed help with my phone camera options all the pictures that I was taking were very blurry it was not because of my lens being dirty I tried on my own too fix the problem and just made matters worse I came in to see my friend Jose at customer service Mr Gonzalez is amazing whatever problem I have he comes in and he helps me I walked out of the building each and every time and there's been many times with my phone acting as though I had just but it that day I asked him where I can go to let the company know what an asset he is to the company he is always courteous never gets flustered always willing to help always has a smile on his face and I tried to leave a smile on his face in a couple of giggles and laughter when I see him and I always give him compliments because he deserves everyone I hope somebody recognizes him he is a gym he is a diamond he's the kind of person that you would want to be working for a company he has good customer service skills whenever you go into the store you always feel like when you see him your problem will be resolved no attitudes floating in the air for your questions that you have for your lack of knowledge he is knowledgeable with these phones that we have today and we need people like him I hope that somebody will recognize him one way or another truly he should be recognized my name is Mrs Matthews my number is it's such a comforting feeling to know that he is with the company and if I have a problem I can call and see if he's working on that day take my phone in and walk out with my phone acting as though it is brand new everybody should have this experience when it comes to a phone it makes you want to stay with the company because you can get help when you need it that is Mr Jose Rodriguez a man that will help you whenever you need it he is an asset to your company and I just want you to know it thank you”

“I like this location it’s very convenient and well stocked the staff is friendly. They let the kids use the private bathroom and that’s a great gesture cause they really don’t have a public bathroom. The store is clean well lit and on a busy street open 24 hours which is greasy since most gas stations close by midnight so thanks 711 you are a staple in the community”

“We purchased a new embalming machine from Radical Scientific Equipment in India. It will only operate on 220 volts, 500 wattage. I needed a step-up transformer and ordered a 500 watt transformer from Overseas Best buy. When it arrived It didn't work. After speaking with their technician I got an education on wattage and decided to order a 2000 watt transformer. I just tested it in our preparation room and I'm happy to report our new embalming machine works perfectly with the new transformer. Thank you Overseas Best Buy. “I’ve rarely had issues with customer service, but my experience today around 1:30 PM was deeply disappointing. The cashier I interacted with was visibly impatient and spoke to me in a rude and dismissive tone regarding my method of payment. She did not acknowledge my polite greeting, which immediately set an uncomfortable tone.

As a Muslim woman who wears hijab, the interaction felt influenced by implicit bias toward my identity and intersectionality. Being treated differently based on appearance or background is unacceptable, and no customer should feel uncomfortable or disrespected in this way.

This experience was distressing enough that I now feel hesitant to use non–self-checkout lanes. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reinforces expectations around professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and respectful treatment of all customers.

Other than this one experience I have nothing but great feedback to give for the past four and a half years shopping at this Target location!”
