“I had a great experience with Eric C at this T-Mobile. I called ahead to see if someone was available to help me and some family members and he assured me he'd be happy to help, and to ask for him when I arrived. He was focused and very helpful in setting up a new account and fixing an existing one. He was very patient with us and while on the phone with competitor companies as we changed plans. He also went above and beyond to accommodate us to make sure we were comfortable and understood what the process was. Again, my family and I were very pleased with the care he took to help us and I recommend him and this store.”

“I frequent this location many times. Everyone I visit this location everyone that works there says hello. It makes me feel known and acknowledged. When I read the reviews, first world problems. Guys it’s not the end of the world. I come to this location often and don’t expect the cashier to recognise me because they get a lot of people. When I came to the counter with things I wanted to purchase, he asked if I wanted a bag, usually the items I purchase don’t need bags. The employee that was working there, Koushik, remembered that I liked my things in a bag. Every time I come to this location everyone is pleasant and wonderful. Shout out to Koushik for making my day. Thank you and I will be back!”

“I just successfully switched from AT&T and I couldn’t be happier!! Jeff helped me, and he was extremely knowledgeable and saved me a TON of money. Plus after I pay my first bill in 35 days, I am eligible for a free iPad!! Why I wasted so much money with AT&T for so long is my own fault, lol.
