“I stumbled upon this gym about 2 years ago. I've been an AF since 2013 but prior to coming to Roselle the rut I had gotten myself into had become more of a lifestyle. I quickly felt at home thanks to the positive energy of Jackie, Amanda and the whole morning crew. I've been to Anytimes all over the country and this gym and its staff are top notch! It makes me sad to say goodbye but im grateful for every second I spent here amongst this fabulous group ?”

“Not gonna lie, the first week or two were tough. I wasn’t sure it was right for me but I stuck it out and I’m glad I did. That doesn’t mean it got easy from there but my body started to adapt to the new movement it was being introduced to. It’s a different workout each day so it never gets boring or monotonous. The trainers are all personable and motivate you so you get the most out of your workout. If any exercises are too challenging or injury restrictive they’re quick to modify to a new exercise you’re capable of performing. After about 6 weeks I started to notice a change in my body and now almost 5 months later I’m still going strong and enjoying each workout.”

“How does it start?With an email or a phone call.How does it end?Don’t know. Still going here six months later.Ian and Emily are AMAZING people. That’s easy enough to say, but let me back it up.I took the leap and sent an email to them that I had never really lifted weights. I mostly did cardio exercises. Ian responded promptly and set up a phone call to discuss what goes on at their gym. The first personal training session was free so I tried it.You know that thing that you eat that you can’t put down once you try some. That’s what this was like except way more expensive. It makes you stop and think, but ultimately the question you have to ask yourself is what would you pay to be HEALTHY and HAPPY each week?Ian works with you to create a workout plan that FITS WHAT YOU WANT including workouts for days when you’re at home or your regular gym. He’s there to give you ADVICE on nutrition and eating/drinking right for your goals. It’s up to you on what you decide to do and he doesn’t care whether you take his advice or not. He’s the same regardless. Scheduling is flexible and is done personally via texts. That’s right, you have contact with Ian even when you’re not working out with him and you have normal conversations. HE'S INVESTING HIS TIME IN MAKING YOU A BETTER PERSON.From a workout perspective, there are a variety of workouts that you end up doing and they will repeat. You’re there to get progressive gains over time and the only way to do that is to repeat the workouts on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. When you hit a plateau, he’ll change it up and you’ll do different workouts for a little while. At the end of each session is a random 5 minute variety of exercises that are more intense than the rest of the workout. “The Finisher” as Ian calls them. That said, I’ve never left a workout overly sore to the point where I can’t function the next day. As you do more and more workouts and they repeat, you might ask yourself “Why do I still need to come here?” “Couldn’t I do this myself now?”IT'S NOT JUST A WORKOUT. It’s life, and that’s one of the best parts is the conversations with Ian about anything and everything. Ian has been one of the most influential people in my life. This comes from discussions about future life goals, careers, philosophical questions, book recommendations, etc. The monumental change he’s made in my life from a mental perspective is something he probably doesn’t realize and something I don't know that I can ever overstate. I don’t know that everyone can expect that, but I do know that you can expect the workout you have at i.e. Fitness to be one of the highlights of your week. As I mentioned before he’s invested his time in making you a better person and he will push you to be better. He will give you that motivation to try harder when you don’t want to or think that you can’t do something. He will push you to your limits, but not push you over them.I know what you're thinking. What about Emily? While I've never worked out with her, I've been lucky enough to be at the gym when she's working out with someone or just stopping by the gym. She's a nice person who brings an energetic atmosphere to the gym with a bubbly personality albeit terrible taste in music :). It is thanks to her I have never been more nervous to lose to a six year old kid and I'm pretty sure she's the reason Ian is so great.If you've gotten this far, my RECOMMENDATION to you is to TAKE THAT FIRST FREE SESSION and then decide for yourself what you think is the best thing for you in your life.Have an amazing day!”

“I was looking for a gym where I could relax and exercise without anyone judging me from the time I walked through the doors and Push Fitness is that gym. As soon as you walk in, everybody, including the clients welcomes you, encourages you to not give up on yourself, and gives great nutritional advice on losing body weight. Also, Push Fitness had a great 1 on 1 connection with their clients. Former clients come and go and decide to return to this gym to tone their bodies back into shape. If you want to lose weight and do not know where to go because gyms are intimidating, Push Fitness is your gym.”

“Best studio in town. Jennie & Tracie at the front desk is always super helpful. Love the coaches Christian and Misty but all give a great motivational workout. They offer a free class to get you hooked. Studio is clean and equipment is pristine. Lockers are available with your own code. Lots of classes at different times. They create a fun safe environment for your workout needs.”

“I was here for spring break and needed a place to lift for a week. I did not want to pay for day passes at Crunch, XSport, etc. But infinite fitness offered a one week free pass. Honestly, I cannot beat that. I will say, the round plates were not the best for deadlifting, but the rest of the equipment was great. Recommend it to anyone trying to get into the gym!”
