“I stumbled upon this gym about 2 years ago. I've been an AF since 2013 but prior to coming to Roselle the rut I had gotten myself into had become more of a lifestyle. I quickly felt at home thanks to the positive energy of Jackie, Amanda and the whole morning crew. I've been to Anytimes all over the country and this gym and its staff are top notch! It makes me sad to say goodbye but im grateful for every second I spent here amongst this fabulous group ?”

“I was with OTF back in 2021 for 6 months and came back in July 2023 and still go today. Every type of person comes here and I love it. Old, young, different body types, fitness levels - it's a great community!
The studio is immaculate and always clean. Not only do they have you wipe down a machine/station when you're done with it, but they will also clean after morning/evening sessions. The front desk staff is always friendly and willing to help answer any questions you may have. There are lockers on-site with locks so you can lock your items away while you're in class. Along with showers as well if you need it after class. The classes are never fully booked with a wait list (I've had yet to see that happen unless it's a specialty class).
It may be a little pricey, but it's well worth it! Look at it as you're paying for personal training within a group setting. I've mainly trained with Coaches Stacy and Tony, and they're amazing! Tell them your goals and what you're looking to accomplish. I also love that they aren't drill sergeants. They can see where your heart rate is at throughout the class on a screen and they're not going to push you to do something you can't (I can't always keep up and that's okay!). They offer modification options if you can't do something. The classes change every day, so it's never the same. The music is always on point and I truly love coming to this OTF to get my workout in and see some great people!”

“Best studio in town. Jennie & Tracie at the front desk is always super helpful. Love the coaches Christian and Misty but all give a great motivational workout. They offer a free class to get you hooked. Studio is clean and equipment is pristine. Lockers are available with your own code. Lots of classes at different times. They create a fun safe environment for your workout needs.”

“How does it start?With an email or a phone call.How does it end?Don’t know. Still going here six months later.Ian and Emily are AMAZING people. That’s easy enough to say, but let me back it up.I took the leap and sent an email to them that I had never really lifted weights. I mostly did cardio exercises. Ian responded promptly and set up a phone call to discuss what goes on at their gym. The first personal training session was free so I tried it.You know that thing that you eat that you can’t put down once you try some. That’s what this was like except way more expensive. It makes you stop and think, but ultimately the question you have to ask yourself is what would you pay to be HEALTHY and HAPPY each week?Ian works with you to create a workout plan that FITS WHAT YOU WANT including workouts for days when you’re at home or your regular gym. He’s there to give you ADVICE on nutrition and eating/drinking right for your goals. It’s up to you on what you decide to do and he doesn’t care whether you take his advice or not. He’s the same regardless. Scheduling is flexible and is done personally via texts. That’s right, you have contact with Ian even when you’re not working out with him and you have normal conversations. HE'S INVESTING HIS TIME IN MAKING YOU A BETTER PERSON.From a workout perspective, there are a variety of workouts that you end up doing and they will repeat. You’re there to get progressive gains over time and the only way to do that is to repeat the workouts on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. When you hit a plateau, he’ll change it up and you’ll do different workouts for a little while. At the end of each session is a random 5 minute variety of exercises that are more intense than the rest of the workout. “The Finisher” as Ian calls them. That said, I’ve never left a workout overly sore to the point where I can’t function the next day. As you do more and more workouts and they repeat, you might ask yourself “Why do I still need to come here?” “Couldn’t I do this myself now?”IT'S NOT JUST A WORKOUT. It’s life, and that’s one of the best parts is the conversations with Ian about anything and everything. Ian has been one of the most influential people in my life. This comes from discussions about future life goals, careers, philosophical questions, book recommendations, etc. The monumental change he’s made in my life from a mental perspective is something he probably doesn’t realize and something I don't know that I can ever overstate. I don’t know that everyone can expect that, but I do know that you can expect the workout you have at i.e. Fitness to be one of the highlights of your week. As I mentioned before he’s invested his time in making you a better person and he will push you to be better. He will give you that motivation to try harder when you don’t want to or think that you can’t do something. He will push you to your limits, but not push you over them.I know what you're thinking. What about Emily? While I've never worked out with her, I've been lucky enough to be at the gym when she's working out with someone or just stopping by the gym. She's a nice person who brings an energetic atmosphere to the gym with a bubbly personality albeit terrible taste in music :). It is thanks to her I have never been more nervous to lose to a six year old kid and I'm pretty sure she's the reason Ian is so great.If you've gotten this far, my RECOMMENDATION to you is to TAKE THAT FIRST FREE SESSION and then decide for yourself what you think is the best thing for you in your life.Have an amazing day!”

“Love OTF. It can become addictive! I’m more fit than I’ve ever been.
Appreciate all the coaches- they all have different personalities and styles, and of course the workouts are different everyday. They also always help people to make sure they’re doing the exercises correctly.
The girls at the front desk are very friendly and all the staff makes an effort to know every member by name- other locations do not do this- so this definitely stands out.
I would highly recommend going back to 2 free classes for new members, not one. If I only had one, I wouldn’t have joined. I was very overwhelmed and out of shape the first class. The second class I at least had some idea of what was going on and felt more comfortable, and then decided to join.”

“I was here for spring break and needed a place to lift for a week. I did not want to pay for day passes at Crunch, XSport, etc. But infinite fitness offered a one week free pass. Honestly, I cannot beat that. I will say, the round plates were not the best for deadlifting, but the rest of the equipment was great. Recommend it to anyone trying to get into the gym!”
