“Prime Storage was conveniently located to my residence. The place was well kept. The price was very reasonable for a 5x5x8 storage unit in the beginning but increased almost monthly due to market rate. Insurance is required and other additional fees monthly. I had to pay a $35.00 move out fee because I didn't give a 15-day advance notice. I couldn't give notice because I wasn't sure whether or not I was going to remove my items and closeout just before the community garage sale that was postponed due to rain theweekend of September 20th and moved back to the weekend of September 26th. Anyway, no more need for Storage. I would recommend this storage company but note prices do increase almost monthly because of market rate and demand.”

“The Manager Monique was extremely dedicated and helpful to me resolving my reservation at this location. She made sure I understood where my locker was and how to navigate the property. She’s very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Big thank you.”
