“Chicago Office movers are outstanding!! They came in like a power house team and moved classroom after classroom. They not only worked fast, they did it with precision and care. Every mover, Eric, Marco, Stephen, Doug, Gene, and Mark were professional, respectful and hardworking. The team was managed with precision and outstanding communication by the foreman Nick! I absolutely had the best experience working with them and will request them for any moving needs we have at the school. Thank you so much!”

“Kathy was wonderful to work with! I am moving from one Cube Smart location to another, and she was incredibly helpful. We came in at almost closing time (sorry!), but she still took the time to show us two different units to help us decide what we needed. She shared the different options, was transparent with pricing, and very patient and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Cube Smart on Devon to others. Thanks, Kathy!”

“Craig was incredibly helpful & courteous! He made the process of renting very quick and easy. The property is clean & dry with a lot of units to choose from. I am moving my belongings from another storage facility where the roof leaked and many of my belongings were damaged. While I had insurance that was a hassle and losing sentimental items was disappointing. So I’m happy to have my things here now.”

“I had an excellent experience with Public Storage at 17W170 Roosevelt Rd in Oakbrook Terrace. I stored my car there for about 14 months, and I’m genuinely impressed with how well everything turned out. From day one, the facility felt secure, clean, and well-managed. Access was always smooth, and I had peace of mind knowing my vehicle was in a safe environment. After more than a year in storage, I was very happy to find my car in great condition with absolutely no damage or issues. It’s clear that this location takes pride in maintaining high standards, and it really shows. I would definitely recommend this Public Storage facility to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy place to store their vehicle long-term.”

“It's nice to control your own options through the app highly recommend deal with Maria only. She was able to take care of all issues and concerns that I had. Just had a couple small issue with one of the other staff members making me feel like I was at fault for something that I wasn't at fault for so I think I'll come back and change it to five star when I move out and things go smoothly. Rates are really fair and good And they have a great price lock feature prior to moving in with updated security got to love it. Ps. The photo of the inside of the storage unit was cleaner it was raining those are my footprints from the water .”

“The Finley Rd location is great. I had to store some furniture and artwork here for 3 years. The price hikes are maddening but that happens at all these places so I’m not factoring that into my rating. There are carts to borrow, the climate control is perfect, your belongings are inside a building so I wasn’t worried about any critters, and I felt safe going alone. I would rent here again”

1414 North Rand Road, Arlington Heights IL 60004
“I chose this Life Storage location a few weeks ago because of the reviews, and the reviews were NOT just hype. Marty is a helpful and courteous man who is a wealth of information and always friendly. This place is clean, well-lit, and the atmosphere feels safe. The only thing I think could be changed a little is that the overhead garage door stays open longer than it should after the eye has been cleared, but I am new to this storage stuff, so maybe there is a good reason for that. Otherwise, Marty is truly an asset to the company and this location is bright, clean, and wonderful.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ms. Angie is absolutely AMAZING!!! I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. Every single time I’ve spoken with her, she has been so kind, patient, pleasant, and genuinely helpful. She never has an attitude and always makes you feel comfortable asking questions. As a young & independent adult. keeping up with expenses can be difficult, and I was honestly struggling with being able to afford my storage unit. Ms. Angie took the time to explain my options, give me helpful information, and guide me on things I could do to help save my unit. She didn’t have to go above and beyond the way she did, but she truly cared and treated me with so much kindness and understanding. Customer service like hers is so rare these days. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she helps, and that makes such a HUGE difference. Ms. Angie is truly a blessing and an amazing person to have representing this location. She deserves all the recognition! Thank you so much, Ms. Angie, for being so wonderful I greatly appreciate you for all of your help! ❤️”
