“Tony (the manager) was extremely pleasant & detailed. This facility is completely secure even down to the elevator. Exceptionally clean & climate controlled. If you rent anytime other than the 1st of the mth, they will prorate. Here they have a lock in price for 6 mths where others can change at the drop of a dime. You also have access to use of their truck at NO cost. They take your deposit then apply it back to your account if returned in the same condition.( limited hrs on use of the truck & availability). “This is a fantastic location for Mount Prospect residents, and the manager is a local guy who is extremely helpful and kind: Brent Busse. Not only is he very knowledgeable about everything with leasing a unit and all of the options that would meet our particular needs, because he is a lifelong MP native, he really cares about our customer experience more than most. He is not just a "corporate" face, rather, he treats us like a neighbor and takes time with us. I don't write a lot of reviews but when someone stands out, I want to call attention to them.”

“This cube smart is safe, the employees are friendly and when you first move in the prices are fair.6 am to 10 pm to get my boat is a fair time to be flexible. I love the app for getting the gate open.Thanks for being there!”

“This was our second great experience using Alliance for a move! They were phenomenal—very polite and efficient, helping us pack our whole house and get moved in over a single weekend, and everything arrived at the new house in perfect condition! We’ve also got a dog and three cats, and they did a great job of working around our pets during the packing and loading process! We truly could not have done this without them!!”

“Best location to store your home goods in all of Schaumburg!! 20 stars to Mary, Shawn and the friendly staff here and I had a locker in the same section 2 different times to help me get through some difficult stages in life!! I used the inside locker and although not the biggest it fit most of my townhome!! I will be back again and will refer anyone possible when going over options for a facility!! “Angela at Addison is great ! She helped me upgrade to a bigger storage unit . This place is clean! each entrance has a cart so you can load . Pull in garage is very nice . Has a bathroom that’s clean . The best is the music they play when your moving your stuff in , I find myself singing along . Again this place is super clean ! Only thing I missed was the $25 credit I referred 2 people to this place . They also have storage unit . If you refer don’t forget to get your $25 credit . I missed both of mine .”
