“Unfortunately I noticed some of the employees get into customers vehicles very dirty. I did bring it to there attention and suggested they use seat covers. Let's see if they incorporate it and use them or have a dedicated person ( with clean clothes) to drive the vehicles in and out. If not it's enough for me not to go there anymore and I've been going there for a very long time . I just never realized that that was happening. Other wise I love Discount tires. They are always friendly/accommodating and quick and do a good job. I a have used several different locations.”

They did a great job getting my large 37x13.50R22 removed, new tire put on, mounted, balanced and aligned. They checked all my tires and put air in them. Very detailed and thorough. “I had a fantastic experience at the Discount Tire store in Lombard, IL. Alejandro was prompt and professional in assisting me and inspecting my tires. Unfortunately, the tire with a nail couldn’t be repaired, and Alejandro informed me that I needed new tires. After researching my options overnight, I called a phone representative to price match the tires I wanted with Costco’s pricing. I was able to have them installed the same day. Later, I realized I had missed an additional $80 rebate from Michelin. After reaching out to the store manager, Kevin, I was able to get the credit. I truly appreciate the staff’s attention to detail, professionalism, and courtesy. I will definitely recommend this store to others. Thank you again!”
“I called them at 4:00 and spoke with Jose to ask if they were busy to change 4 tires on my wife's 2017 ford edge. They said no and to come in. I got there at 4:14 and walked out the door at 4:39 with all the tires replaced. Everyone was really nice and it took no time at all. Fastest work I've ever seen on a car and I really appreciate it.”
