“I had a fantastic experience at the Discount Tire store in Lombard, IL. Alejandro was prompt and professional in assisting me and inspecting my tires. Unfortunately, the tire with a nail couldn’t be repaired, and Alejandro informed me that I needed new tires. After researching my options overnight, I called a phone representative to price match the tires I wanted with Costco’s pricing. I was able to have them installed the same day. Later, I realized I had missed an additional $80 rebate from Michelin. After reaching out to the store manager, Kevin, I was able to get the credit. I truly appreciate the staff’s attention to detail, professionalism, and courtesy. I will definitely recommend this store to others. Thank you again!”

“First timer, had to get the back bumper of my car repaired. Years of sun damage and discoloration. The front bumper had cracks and scratches
from a road gator incident. Went in for an estimate. Spoke with Kevin. Estimated around $1000 which is not bad. Took the car in for service. It took about four days. Car looked great! Took it home and noticed a dented scratch on the front bumper. Spoke to Kevin, asked to bring it back in. I did. A few hours and it was all taken care of. Yasmine at the front desk very personable and friendly. Kevin and crew did a fantastic job getting it done. Thanks guys. I would absolutely recommended this place for good work, fast service and reasonable pricing.”
“I had the best experience at Discount Tire at the Bloomingdale location. Came in with no appointment because a nail in my tire surprised me. Maria greeted me with a million dollar smile and began collecting information for the fleet car I use for work. She was quick with giving me quotes to change the tires because it was too bald to patch up. The entire process was smooth even though they had quite a few customers. Dawood helped me with printing the receipts and making sure all the warning signs were gone from the dashboard. The team at this location is amazing. “The folks here at Dent Wizard, (thank you Kevin and Sal), have pulled off a miracle for me.
I found a nasty dent on the lift gate of my Tesla last week. I stopped in and spoke to Kevin who assured me that I had a bad dent in a bad spot. He offered, however, to have me come back the next day and have it looked at by Sal, their miracle dude.
I can't say enough to compliment this company, and especially, Sal, who in my opinion, pulled off a miracle, (see photos ). I wish I could give them 10 stars!”
“Great Company. My driver was stuck in IL needing an alignment. I called Saturday morning and they work by appointment only and didn't have availability until Monday. After explaining my driver just had two new steers and an alignment on the truck hours before and the steers are already worn through I was asked to bring the truck to them and they worked me in. And what an amazing job they done. I was provided computer printout showing before and after alignment stats. Based on the prior alignment stats it is evident the previous company did not perform the alignment only put two new steers on the truck. I am very pleased with this company and will recommend them for anyone in the area. Wished they were at my homebase in Nashville I would take all my trucks to them for service. My driver called and said he can tell the difference immediately in how the truck was driving.

“This is a great family business tucked away , hidden gem and life savers. I was traveling from Wisconsin to see family in hospice. When I got off expressway in Desplaines my car started making a horrible roaring sound when reving the gas. I freaked out and thought it was going to stop right there on ramp. I managed to find a shop Helstroms , nice guys there apologized and said the exuast actuator cracked at seam. All of them said the place to get to is Quick Service to help you. I managed to get here and they heard me coming from around the corner lol 😆 The owner Albert approach right away considering they had 6 bays going. We put it up on lift to access the pipe for welding, he said he would put 2 great guys on it ASAP. Normally I'd have to pay for 2 guys , but Albert said he would only charge me for 1 and it was only $150 and they do tap to pay. I was ecstatic because its my wife's birthday tomorrow and I thought I'd be stuck. About 30 minutes later they were able to welding it.
