“Thank you Mike and team for the great work performed on my truck - shocks, struts, replaced broken sway bar, alignment, and oil changes. Truck drives like brand new.”
“Great experience with Chicago Wheel Service. The employees were honest, straightforward, and easy to deal with. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. It’s rare to find a shop with this level of honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend! ?”

“I genuinely appreciate the staff here starting with Joshua and a few other staff members. All of them are very honest, friendly, and kindly spoken. They followed up with me numerous times on my tire/wheel issues and did so happily. They work fairly quick and again, are just very pleasant to work with. I will definitely be coming here in the future and recommending this specific shop to others.”
“I had the best experience at Discount Tire at the Bloomingdale location. Came in with no appointment because a nail in my tire surprised me. Maria greeted me with a million dollar smile and began collecting information for the fleet car I use for work. She was quick with giving me quotes to change the tires because it was too bald to patch up. The entire process was smooth even though they had quite a few customers. Dawood helped me with printing the receipts and making sure all the warning signs were gone from the dashboard. The team at this location is amazing. Thank you Maria and Dawood and the team for making the process easy and efficient. You guys are amazing!!”
“I had a fantastic experience at the Discount Tire store in Lombard, IL. Alejandro was prompt and professional in assisting me and inspecting my tires. Unfortunately, the tire with a nail couldn’t be repaired, and Alejandro informed me that I needed new tires. After researching my options overnight, I called a phone representative to price match the tires I wanted with Costco’s pricing. I was able to have them installed the same day. Later, I realized I had missed an additional $80 rebate from Michelin. After reaching out to the store manager, Kevin, I was able to get the credit. I truly appreciate the staff’s attention to detail, professionalism, and courtesy. I will definitely recommend this store to others. Thank you again!”
“Great service, they were very quick, finishing my car in under 30 mins. They also offer great warranty and return policy. All of the guys that helped me were very understanding and they made sure I understood every part of the process.”
