I needed a quick turnaround and Krystian was able to deliver by meeting with me to take measurements, providing a few samples/proposals, and then scheduling an installation date. He is extremely prompt, communicates via cell phone and text messages, and is an overall great person to work with.

“Incredibly happy with our new carpet in our living room, guest bedroom, and office. We received bids from four highly rated companies and Mr. Carpet was the highest bid. However, two of the four companies were overly salesy which was an immediate turn off. We asked Bob if he would be willing to match the next highest bid (which was our second choice) and he was. Working with Bob and Mary was great! They were communicative and accommodating to our changing schedule. The installation team was friendly, punctual, careful around the house, efficient in their work, and they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Mr. Carpet.”
