Customer service here just isn't on par with other branches. Plus they have mismatched atms. They don't take digital cards and require you to carry actual atm cards. Time to join 2024 chase.

Chase has stole $5000 of my account after I sent a wire transfer they provided me with transaction number( tracking) that showing nothing on the recipient bank I’ve been waiting for 40 days now no answer the worst bank ever

Chase is good for me because I have a legacy account with no fees and no minimum balances. I like the alerts with the chase credit card so I know if it is being used, immediately.
