“I miss a convenience when I log into Busey bank there would be a tab that I can navigate Busey's main menus. Currently when I log into my account it takes me to my banking menus. I have to log out and just log into Busey .com to get to the other menus of Busey's services.”

“Very attentive, professional and polite staff! My bank account was assigned to Vanessa, when walking into the bank the 2nd time she remembered my name and all the details from previous conversation. They really pay attention clients requests and try to accommodate, my card and checks arrived in 3-4 days. Some debit cards can be used overseas without paying international transaction fee. Convenient location with plenty of available parking. Strongly recommended!”

“We were at Glenview State Bank for Over 30 years and moved to Busey once they were purchased by GSB. Adam and Ayleen at the Greenwood location are spectacular. For years, they have always been so kind to my wife and I when we come in to the bank. Recently, my mother-in-law died, and although they did not know her, they honored her with a nice gift basket of flowers to my wife. It is so nice that they thought of my wife at this time as these flowers made my wife so happy.
Busey is lucky to have such great employees. We have not noticed a change since the state bank days we will continue banking at Busey for the rest of our lives.”
