“We received our countertop today, and it is absolutely stunning. Because of its unique shape, it had to be made in two pieces with one seam. The seam has been blended so incredibly well that it is almost impossible to notice. The countertop is truly perfect, the installation was quick and professional, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The sales team and customer service were outstanding—friendly, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend them!”

“We had Masters completely redo our hall bath in late 2024. They did such a great job that in late 2025, we had them completely redo our master bath. We didn't even THINK of contacting anyone else for this project! The quality and workmanship was top notch. Also, unlike most contractors that I have dealt with in the past, they show up when they promise, they do exactly what they promised and they were extremely meticulous to not do any damage to our entranceway, stairs and walls when working. We had multiple inspections along the way, and the inspectors told me that they were very pleased with everything that they did. Right up to code, as promised! We plan on doing one additional bathroom in a year, and we will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them to anyone without reservation.”

“We are new to Chicago and wanted to remodel our kitchen but had no idea where to start. We were just passing by the EuroLuxe storefront and on a whim decided to stop in and check it out. We spoke to Gene and his staff that day and are so fortunate that we did. Gene and his staff helped us with every aspect of the kitchen from cabinets to floors, countertops and appliances. Gene made the process so seamless and we absolutely love our new kitchen from EuroLuxe. Not only are we impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of the kitchen cabinets, but we are also equally impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail of Gene and all his contractors who worked on our kitchen remodel.”

“We had such an amazing experience working with G&G for our kitchen remodel. From the very beginning, the design process was so easy and stress-free. Ephrem truly listened to what we wanted and helped bring our vision to life in a way that felt seamless and exciting. Ephrem is not only incredibly professional, but also genuinely kind and such a good person. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and the quality of his work. On top of that, his pricing is amazing for the level of craftsmanship and detail you receive. The entire project was handled so cleanly and efficiently from start to finish. The job site was always organized, and the final result exceeded our expectations. The quality and attention to detail really show. I have already recommended G&G to friends and family and will absolutely continue recommending them to anyone looking to remodel their home. If you’re thinking about a kitchen remodel, G&G is the way to go!”

“After starting our project with a contractor who we quickly found was in over his head, we were thankfully introduced to Dino at Hi-Tech Builders Dor. He immediately turned things around for us and we never looked back. Dino knows how to get things done quickly, reliably and affordably. We did a full interior rehab job on a 3 bdrm house and he took care of everything from cabinet installation, flooring removal and installation, bathroom remodeling, closet construction, high-quality interior painting and more. His team moved quickly to meet our timeline. He was always responsive to communication. I recommend Dino and Hi-Tech Builders Dor Inc. for anyone who wants it done right the first time.”

“This is the 3rd time we’ve used factory plaza for countertops, and each time was a great experience. We’ve researched other places, but they have the widest selection and best prices we’ve found. Most recently we worked with Irene, who helped us get our kitchen, office and bathroom countertops measured and installed super quickly. We didn’t have availability to go in person, but she sent us pictures of a number of different slabs, which was really convenient. We highly recommend this place.”

“Really nice people and good work! My family had to call them Friday night due to our plumbing being invaded by tree branches (after almost 30 years in that house the issue now becomes a problem ?). Mike came out the next day to see our home at no cost. By Thursday of the next week our old terra cotta pipes were located and replaced with pvc. They were always in touch and were happy to answer all of our questions. Totally deserve five stars!”

“Chicago Faucet Shoppe was the only company that I found that carried a specfic KWC cartridge replacement (KWC K.32.60.00 ) for my kitchen faucet. Similar to other reviewers, the customer service reps are top notch, they're very responsive and are of tremendous help. “We hired Kitchen & Bath Mart to do a full remodel of both our kitchen and bathroom and we could not be happier with the results! Krysti was our designer and she made everything so easy and was a pleasure to work with. We have an almost 100 year old home and her designs made great use of our small, quirky spaces. Bogdan did the install and his work was immaculate! He had both the kitchen and bathroom projects going at the same time and Krysti would come by to check on progress at each step, so everything went smoothly. It felt like no time at all that the work was completed and our old home had some new life. Do yourself a favor and hire KBMart!”
