“Every interaction I had at Floor & Decor in Skokie was positive, which is rare in retail today. I purchased porcelain tile flooring, pencil tile, a mirror, and grout and caulking for a bathroom remodel. Ada and Glenn were especially helpful in finding the needed pencil tile to finish the project and ordering my mirror to ship from another store when it wasn’t in stock. When I returned our unused tile and grout, there was no hassle. Also pleased with the extensive selection of products offered here - it’s easy to view and shop. Highly recommend!”

“We just took an Indian Favorites cooking class with Chef Ricky at Sur la table in Old Orchard. The class was amazing and Chef Ricky was fantastic. We made four different items in our 2 hour class and Chef Ricky was on top of everything. He was well informed, attentive and extremely welcoming. Chef Ricky made everyone feel comfortable and capable with his energetic personality. The food was delicious and extremely flavorful, we will definitely be trying these recipes at home. We loved the class and would definitely recommend taking this class or another with Chef Ricky.”

“I called to get an estimate, Scott came out to measure within aof couple days. In a few hours after he come to measure we had an estimate emailed. The price was very reasonable, I was able to Zelle a deposit. In no time they had an installer come to install a beautiful custom shower door! Very professional, clean and nice people to work with. I highly recommend.”

“Ordered a snowblower online to pick up in store. When it wouldn't fit in my car an employee offered to deliver it to my house that same day free of charge. You don't get that level of service in the big box stores. Ace really is the helpful place!”

“Stopped in today to pick up an order for a bridal shower, was greeted by Kathleen asking if I needed any help. When she came back with my order, I asked her if it would be possible to box it for me (glass items) and she said no problem at all. I think I could’ve requested that when placing the order online but she did not hesitate or seem bothered in the slightest when I asked. She was attentive and pleasant throughout our interaction, even answered my questions about the Epicurean cutting boards in the display nearby and I ended up purchasing one because of her input. Thank you, Kathleen, for the exceptional customer service!”
