“Great experience renting from Storage post in Albany Park, thanks to the location manager Claudia.
I didn't have the best experience with their corporate customer service team, lots of conflicting information, but the Albany Park location manager Claudia made sure the unit I rented was accessible from the elevator and parking was available right outside of the entrance to the elevator. As a person with mobility issues, this made a big difference for me. She also took the time to make sure everything worked well during my visits.
I found the facility to a clean, well lit & organized.
I do recommend storing items in closed containers, I noticed a lot of dust accumulated during the 6 months I didn't access my unit.
Price is very compatible with other storage locations, less expensive & reasonably priced than Extra Space storage.”
“I came in with several items that needed to be returned, and the process was much more complicated than a typical return. Several different shipping labels had to be created, and I was even assisted with an item that needed to be sent through USPS.
The staff was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially Ray. He was friendly, patient, and kind, and he took the time to assist me with everything I needed. Despite the number of returns and the extra work involved, he never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing anyone.
Excellent customer service can make all the difference, and Ray truly went above and beyond. Thank you for making a potentially stressful experience so easy and pleasant!”

“My mother in law and father in law went into UPS Wednesday, I was suppose to go with them because they were nervous that no one would understand what they needed, there English is very broken. Unfortunately I couldn’t go with them due to having a sick baby! I said if you need me just call me and I’ll try helping, they needed to get a notary to sign there mortgage papers for a modification and it had to be sent over night and get there before Friday. When they got back I asked if everything went okay, because they got back home pretty quickly. They said a bilingual lady was helping them and broke it down when the office would receive there mortgage papers, how over night shipping works. The stress was gone right when they stepped in and spoke to her, I asked for her name but they don’t remember. It was at the UPS in Des Plaines on Lee St. knowing they didn’t struggle to send something over important and urgent made me really happy.”

“I love this little UPS store. I’ve mainly done small printing jobs (self-service using a flash drive) and drop off returns with QR code. The guys were always so helpful and friendly. There’s one older woman who despite also friendly, she read (or “glanced should I say) things I printed off (which were mostly shipping labels anyway since I’m on Poshmark and Mercari). But it’s something I don’t appreciate since what I printed is none of her business. But other than that, all good.”
“I had to stop and to The UPS store to send something out and I've never done it before. Noemi was working and was very patient and professional and helpful towards me. I'm such a mess I even knocked over her pens, and yet she still found a way to make my shipping needs even easier and made sure I wasn't charged fees that I was about to pay and didn't have to. I don't think workers like Noemi get enough credit for their wealth of knowledge, easy-going personalities and hard work. If you happen to stop in there, or anywhere that somebody deserves some credit for the work that they do that nobody seems to really appreciate, make sure you let them know. It can really make somebody's day very positive when other people can be trying to make it negative. Thank you Noemi for the job you do well. I hope you are appreciated”
“I've been coming to this store from time to time for the past couple years and everybody here has been nothing but professional and patient and today was no different. I'm always grateful for their help. I'm also so very surprised at how people here in the community can treat these hard working people so horribly sometimes.... Pretty shocking coming from an LGBTQ neighborhood. I guess their not as inclusive or as patient as they make themselves out to be. Job well done to these beautiful people here. “The Highland Park UPS Store went to great lengths to help us out a few weeks ago! We had a problem with our order that was entirely OUR fault, and the manager worked with us over several days, several emails, and several phone calls to help us resolve the problem. “What an amazing place! I had an expensive pair of eyeglasses (damaged, actually, by the store that I bought them at when they ham-handedly tried to fix them) that I brought in for repair. The Eyeglass Shop sent them to a jeweler for repair, when none of the other couple of places I took them to said that they were fixable. The jeweler sent them back to the Eyeglass Shop, unable to fix them. But the Eyeglass Shop proprietor didn't give up! He sent them to another jeweler with literally laser-precise tools, which fixed them, saving me $$$. He did all of this, even while other eyeglass repair shops just immediately gave up. This is called CUSTOMER SERVICE. Wow, thought it had died out.”

“The store moved suddenly without notice a couple months ago and the location shown on Google Maps is incorrect. The store is now located on Lincoln Ave just north of School St. It's a perfectly fine UPS store, nothing to special about it. The people who work there seem nice enough and the hours are good. It's definitely less nice than the old store at Southport and Cornelia, but it's fine.”

“i’ve gotta say this is probably the best UPS store I’ve ever been to. They are always welcoming and kind and willing to do things for you. Unlike FedEx down the street on Waukegan Road, this UPS store, will take the copies that you need copied, make them for you, staple them for you and give them back to you with a smile. in addition when it comes to shipping any items, they are extremely helpful as well. I highly recommend going to this fantastic store. Five stars!”
