We had packed up 98% of our items and the few miscellaneous items were easily and safely packed by the team seamlessly. They also added extra moving blankets on furniture for bonus protection. We had one extra large, heavy item (10ft walnut table top) and the team handled it very very well through multiple narrow stairways.

“We used New City to move our belongings out of U-Haul Boxes we had shipped to a U-Haul facility (from across the country), and into our condo in downtown Chicago.
Overall experience was great, the team of three showed up on time, and were super careful with handling our stuff and moving everything. We also called on relatively short notice (2ish days in advance) and New City was able to accommodate the timeline.

Started at 8am and didnt stop moving heavy furniture until 6pm yet maintained a smile the whole time. They were careful not to damage anything and even took apart and reconstructed a treadmill to make it fit in a tight stairwell.
