“Great grooming service! This is our first try at Petsmart in Glenview. Everyone is so nice. My 7 month old baby is happy and clean. I like his hair long so we just did basic bath with lux add on.Took 2.5 hours only. I am definitely coming back.Also they have great option- 20% off on pre- payments of services.”

The quality of care, affordability, and transparency are a cut above the rest. This isn't a corporate vet, this is a warm, family run business. I have had fantastic experiences with Dr. Paul and Dr. Elizabeth. All the vet techs and receptionist are kind, friendly and willing to answer any questions they can. The veterinary work Dr. Paul specifically has done has visibly and dramatically improved the lives of my pets. I could not recommend a vet more.”

“Nice to have a less expensive alternative to the other self-grooming dog wash on Skokie Boulevard in Northbrook, but this one wasn’t very clean, tidy nor organized. Dog hair everywhere, no towels, no brushes, nor refilled shampoo on hand-I had to ask. After every dog leaves, it should be checked. Very nice staff, though.”
“We took our two dogs here to get their nails trimmed. The groomer couldn't have been nicer. One of the dogs was very skittish, and she kept talking to him in a very calm voice to keep him calm. I wish I knew her name to give her the proper recognition she deserves.”
“Blown away by the amazing customer service! I arrived with a minute to spare (totally my fault, I thought they were open later). I had run in after work to get cake mix for my pup’s birthday and a few items and they were so gracious enough to let me snag them and gave me recommendations on the doggie ice cream. “I had a really good experience at this pet supplies store. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to walk through. They had a wide selection of food, toys, grooming supplies, and accessories, including options for different types of pets.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable, and there were some good deals available compared to other stores. Checkout was quick and smooth. I want to compliment the store manager, though busy, he is always quick to assist his staff when they needed him. The cashier who assisted me needed the manager, the manager was quick to come and see what the cashier needed help with, very efficient.”

“We have been taking our dog to Splash and Dash for months now . We have never had a bad experience using them. Amy and her staff always seem to go above and beyond. We experience this this morning when our Dog got a little too friendly with a Skunk. We called Amy and she got us right in and asked what we had used to get rid of the smell. She explained very nicely what we should have done and what not to do.We picked up our dog and again Amy took the time to let us know what we should in the future and even said to schedule him to come back in a couple of days so they can look at him again. Customer Service seems to be the number one priority!!”
“Everyone here was lovely and understanding of my dogs situation and need for immediate grooming assistance. My dog is definitely not easy to work with but they managed so well and highly exceeded my expectations. She looks fresh and brand new now! Shoutout to the awesome team here!”
