“I booked an appointment incorrectly online (completely my fault) and forgot to add a cut to my dog who needed a cut before I left for vacation tomorrow. They didn’t have time to do her cut but were SOOO considerate and understanding when I said I needed to cancel. They told me to call the Evanston location (which was able to fit in for a cut) and was so nice the entire time. Mind you, the woman I was canceling with was the person who would be doing her appointment. Thank you Danielle J for being so sweet and understanding about my mistake. Will definitely be back!”
“Even during Covid, our experience was safe and swift. The staff expertly fitted our teeny four-month-old pug puppy for his first harness and it is exactly right for him! We will be back as he grows. Thanks so much for including some treats so his big bulldog brother didn’t feel too jealous”

“I've been bringing my Shorkie, Rocky, to this location for the past couple of months, and I've had a great experience every time. Ella and Eva do a fantastic job grooming him; they're gentle, attentive, and he always looks adorable when I pick him up. The customer service is excellent as well. Carson and Ken are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I highly recommend this location for both the quality of grooming and the outstanding customer service!”
