Poor customer service . This week a family member was unable to open up a bank account due to staff shortage. She was told to make an appointment. The appointment was made for 5 business days later. Staff having much non work related chit chat in front of customers.

I have never experienced such enept behavior in a banking institution.

What can I say! There work ethic speaks for themselves. Got out of the branch in disbelief and really confused about their policy. May god help this branch.
