Now if only they made it into a market place so I wouldn’tHave to go anywhere else to buy my meat and veggies! Truly a staple for Fosterburg citizens and surrounding areas! Nice clean aisles to walk through, everything easy to find! Come check them out!”
“I've become a fan of shopping in Woodriver. Everything I need with way less traffic than Edwardsville. This Dollar Tree had everything I'd hoped for Back to School needs. That stuff is expensive and this place had the stuff for way less. Get the basics here, then go elsewhere. Anyway, it was a clean store, kind staff, everything was where you'd expect. The parking lot is a bit rough.”

“This store has gotten better since it became the DG Market and they put in self check out lanes and its not as cluttered as some of the other Dollar General stores. Its great for stopping to grab 1 or 2 things when you don't have the time to go to walmart or target.”

I had a fantastic experience at Dollar General! The store was clean, well-stocked, and easy to shop in, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service.
Employees went above and beyond to help me find what I needed and made me feel genuinely welcome. They were friendly, professional, and patient, with the customers It’s rare to find employees who take pride in their work and treat customers with such respect and kindness.
It’s clear that the staff at this Dollar General care about their community and their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back great prices, great products, and even better people!

“Very clean and sparkly new. Workers were busy putting away inventory, which is nice, every other Dollar General I've been in has been cluttered with merchandise that you almost fall over yourself trying to get to stuff. Anyways, this was not the case and it was lovely. One star deducted because I couldn't find the bathroom and was too embarrassed to ask.”
“2/7/25 I didn't get the girl's name who was working, first thing this morning. But, she went above and beyond in helping me. I VERY RARELY go inside any stores anymore as I have multiple disabilities and can't walk or stand for very long at all. This girl (employee) volunteered to find the products I was looking for!! She found the products and rang me up quickly. You sure don't see this kind of employee, often anymore. She definitely made me feel like I mattered and treated me very kind. There just aren't enough words to express my gratitude to this amazing woman. I will never forget her kindness!! Oh, I just thought to check my receipt.

“I love our Dollar General at East Gate shopping center and there is room since they are remodeling the whole shopping center that they could enlarge our store with more space and more cold and freezer items and more of everything. Please consider adding on and updating our store Thank you!!!”

“Convenient and close to my house! Only downside is they switch managment often. I go in several times a week and as soon as I get to know the manager they switch them again. The excuse they give for switching managers so often is they couldn't handle the store and keep it up to par. It is mainly to blame on the customers that don't care and throw things everywhere. I have asked other customers when they throw things on random shelves if they are going to put it back to which they respond that's their job. I like familiarity in the places I shop,I like to see the same faces when I go in. The fact they are changing staff so much makes me think about shopping elsewhere.”

Store is really gotten her store in order it's really nice to go in and you can find what ur looking for 98 percent of time ,but she doesn't have stock on floors and if she does it's not there long cause her or someone else is getting it put out .she's very helpful very friendly just a pleasure to see GOOD WORK done”
