“I stopped in to get an estimate on drilling out a license plate screw which had sheared off and to have him reinstall the interior panel to the back door, which I had removed while attempting to work on the screw. He looked at the vehicle in the parking lot, grabbed some tools, and in less than 15 minutes had the license plate remounted with new screws and new screw receivers, and had the interior panel reinstalled. He was an artist at work. I was very impressed. They were very generous with the bill. I am a small business owner as well and things like this go a long way in my opinion. “I backed into a pole . Had to have my bumper and hole right side fix . They did an awesome job. Then last year I hit a parked car messed up the hole front of my truck . They fixed that better than new . They have a great bunch of people working there that do great work. I recommend them 100 percent.Services: Painting”

“Needed to have the tailgate replaced on my Ram truck. Big Jim was very helpful, quoting me a price from pictures since it's a bit of a drive for us. He worked with us to figure out the best way to have this done with the least amount of disruption to our ability to use our vehicle, removing the damaged tailgate and only needing to leave the truck when the new one was ready to be installed, which didn't take very long. His price was fantastic and he reused the lettering and words from the original tailgate, saving us hundreds of dollars. The work was done really well and quickly. Highly recommend Big Jim's!!”

“The guys working on the day I insanely walked into O'Reilly's needing a battery for my riding mower & I originally hadn't planned on getting one from there even. First I biked to Walmart because their useless app said they had 5 of the one I wanted in stock. When I got there of course they didn't have any. My next stop was The Auto Zone. They had a few but the only ones in stock were way above what I had intended to spend. When I asked the absolute asshat behind the counter when they were getting more of the $60 ones in he treated me like I was an idiot for asking such a thing. "We don't carry any for that price he snorted" as I stared at the big $60 sign next to me and the empty rack of where these non-existent batteries used to be. So I trekked to O'Reilly's was welcomed by the 2 dudes working they got me a battery immediately and I was happily mowing a short time later. Thanks O'Reilly's ?”
