They always go above and beyond for their customers and help you out even though they could have said no. Super amazing and wonderful. Yes, there can be some employees that aren’t but those are rare here. Thank you guys again for your kind act and support with my account stuff! :-)”

“I'll have to say I wish I have used SOCU many years ago. I first learned about them thru a New Vehicle loan. I then used them when I traded it in for another vehicle and all the transactions I've ever had are smooth. It's nice to be using them because if I call them they always have the answers I need or will direct me to the proper person.I've never had a CU where I can call and get car loan, Unsecured loan, personal loan all over the phone in a hour tops. Other banks or credit unions it takes days if not weeks to get a answer. Here it's like it's everyone is a priority to them. But again this is why I'll never bank with big corp banks or credit unions because they do not care about the lil people.
