“Staff are always polite and willing to help. My main issue is sometimes I do not want to ring up my items. I may have questions I cannot ask the self-chekout. Some older people prefer to have a live cashier for the same reason or they may get confused using a computer.”

“I came in looking for two urgent medications. The pharmacy wasn't scheduled to open until 11:30, but I was fortunate enough to run into the pharmacist beforehand. I explained my situation and asked if she could process my prescription as soon as possible.
To my surprise, my medication was ready within 10 minutes. She even noticed me waiting in line and personally checked me out, which made the experience even more exceptional.
