Was looking for a chain link asked a worker they didn’t have it but she checked all the boxes to look and we left and then she ran out to the car and said she found 1 and gave it to me for free

Went in, asked my question, and was helped quickly. I only had a small project but if they're that helpful with bigger jobs, I highly recommend.
