“I can only guess that people don't come here at the appropriate time, though. I've heard from some of the employees that people try to use it as a drop and hook yard, but that's not the case. You can't just grab a trailer out of Amazon if it's earmarked to be loaded. ?
The gate took a bit, so there's either a slow response or whatever. They outsourced it to some call center in India, a shame nobody locally could do the job. Whatever.
One of the few Amazons that I actually was given a door instead of having to wait for one. Maybe 2 hours for the whole check-in back in. Get unloaded get out.”
“It took a little time to find some one to unload my truck but got loaded fast ALL went well?? the Google says they open at 5:30 But since covid it changed to 6:00?”
“I had 8 PM pick up here. Arrived about 6 fifteen, You check in through a kiosk I parked in the stage area within about 5 minutes. I had my text telling me what door to go to. by 730 I was done. You check out through a kiosk and I was good to go. There is restrooms and you can purchase snacks in the driver's lounge. Guard was very friendly and nice.”
“I always had bad beer load experiences. My appointment was for 3 pm. They took me in at 1.30 pm and assigned a door. I was surprised. But loading was slow, one pallet at a time and wait for 10 mins for the next pallet, still faster than other beer factories. I was out around 3.30 pm. Be careful about your straps. If you don’t have 2 straps they won’t let you out. The staff were nice and gentle.”
