“Dave is an amazing person. We had a transmission problem while on vacation in Hennipin for the Fourth of July week. I called Dave and he said he would take a look at it but couldn't make any promises. When he determined the problem, he immediately began the process of getting parts. He was able to track down the part and schedule a delivery the next day. When he started the repair he realized he needed different parts. The only available parts needed to be picked up from Aurora. He sent one of his employees to pick up the parts only to find out one of them was wrong. Through all that he was able to get the problem fixed by 8 pm that evening. He truly saved the day, charged a reasonable price and did it all with professionalism. His wife was there when we picked up the vehicle. She was doing some finishing touches. They were both bery kimd and helpful with local information.This is definitely the shop to get your vehicle fixed. Very fair price.and good people. Thanks for the hard work and dedication to getting the job done!”

“Had emergency issues before a trip to northern Wisconsin with the Radiator, got me right in and fixed my problem for free because the mechanic found that instead of spending 200$ to flush and fill the radiator he fixed the issue without all that. The Manager and Mechanic were fantastic people.”
“My overall experience wasn’t bad. Granted I didn’t get the car I came for I had still gotten a car. When test driving a car a sales person did try to persuade me to get the car that day. So I’m not going to knock a sales person for doing their job. Additionally I’d still come here for a 2nd vehicle when that time comes.”

“5 star service from Roger at Happy's tow service!!!! My daughter was driving cross country (she's a travel Nurse - and she was coming home) and hit a pot hole - bending her rim and giving her a flat tire. When Roger got there (very quickly after her call) - he saw her on the side of the road, crying because she couldn't get in touch with us. He not only got her on the road again...but he made sure she was fed. Love to Roger and his wife from me and my husband. May the universe shine it's light on you!!”

“First thing to point out, address on Google Maps is WRONG! Go to Hennepin IL and he is about a quarter mile north off of fourth street (take a right, small white shop with two garage doors.) Google Maps address takes you to middle of nowhere and is incorrect.
He had me fixed up after hours (about a half hour after closing). Very reasonable rate, very nice guy and awesome staff working WiTH him.
I will say he was training a young man working there and doing the best job i have ever seen. The integrity, patience, understanding blew me away. If I lived close, this would for sure be my go to repair shop!”
“Had them on the phone discussing trailer tires when I pulled in. No one was in a bay when I finished discussing the tires I wanted. 2 techs and the store manager on duty jumped on my trailer and I was leaving with a whole axle of new tire and 2 tires rotated in about an hour.

“800 miles into a 3000 mile road trip and we caught some debris out on 39 that punctured a rear tire. Swapped to the spare and limped in to Big Boys. They didn't gouge us and in fact had us back on the road with a new tire within 40 minutes of pulling into their lot.”
