Can’t give it a zero. Driver delivered a package that was clearly labeled signature required and I wasn’t home. But in the FedEx system it still shows not delivered (with a picture of the box on my door step). Driver came to my house and got the signature from me, a few days later and still it shows not delivered. This was dispatched out from Grayslake. The sender can’t get paid until the package is marked delivered. I call FedEx support and they opened a case and closed it. No details as to why it is closed. Still not delivered on their system. Can’t get satisfaction on either end. Not acceptable.

Had terrible experience with FedEx trying to return a package that was delivered and was not. Mine was never ordered by me. Impossible to get them to take it back. They even took it back once and then redelivered it. Everyone was very unhelpful

I just want to send a huge shout out to this team. I believe it was Tina that helped me. I was waiting on a camera lens to be delivered and was in the middle of a work call when I missed it. I needed this lens for my nieces high school graduation that night. (Yes, I know I was cutting it close it was a last minute purchase) well they went above and beyond I called absolutely upset and in tears as this was a big event. They contacted the driver personally and found out an estimated time the driver would be back so I could pick up the lens. The driver knew exactly what package it was and they kept me updated throughout the day. They turned my entire day around as all I could think was how did I let myself miss this delivery. I appreciated them doing everything they could to make sure I had the lens in time!!

I simply can't understand how fedex is still in business! Somehow, they have managed to screw up 8/10 deliveries, including two deliveries of expensive items!!! It's like they hire everyone who's been fired from any other job for incompetence!!! I'm almost at a point where I check to see what delivery service the company I'm ordering from uses, and if they say fedex, I decline doing business with them.
Update. 5/12/25
Opened a case on this last delivery that prompted the bad review. After I made the report (opened the case), I got an auto reply stating that they would look into it and get back to me. A few days went by, and my concerns weren't even addressed yet I got an email saying the case was closed. How can you close a complaint without even reaching out to the customer???? Just goes to show how incompetent even the people who are hired to make things right with this company are.
Absolutely, THE WORST shipping/mailing company!!!

Why dont you guys try hiring drivers that use common sense, and don't put cardboard box right in a puddle or where you clearly tell water is dripping. Never had an issue with old driver before he quit mid December

Fedex ground are the worst, they lie so so much it's not right. so I worked for Fedex express a they are more professional. but when it come to ground they say they attempt a delivery when I was home an never once came to my play but when I told them I work for Fedex before they tried to change in big way.. I asked why do you guys do that to people just e honest then tried to tell me something that doesn't make sense they need to do better. this location I Grayslake in IL this Is not right then tried to tell me they can't track they drivers which is 100000000 a lie I work for Fedex they see where you are. then I asked I was able to track the driver yesterday on the map he goes we don't off that which is another lie. they need to do better all around or close.
This can't any worse than it is I called at 8:30 in the morning asking the guy was my package being delivered today he said yea today. so I was tracking the driver it said she was at the light of my building then it was an attempt for delivery she never came , then I called customer service they goes it not deliveries today. ut talk to some yesterday and this morning they both said it was coming today. this so said I'm calling someone tomorrow. for sure because this doesn't make any since.

For the last 2 months every package that has been sent using FedEx through Grayslake delivery has been dropped off at my old address despite having my current address on the package. No calls asking for directions to my new address just take it and drop it. Not sure how they knew my old address. No problem with USPS and UPS just this company despite calls to them. I'll never use FedEx.

What an awful Fed-Ex experience today 12/29/24 - Grayslake facility driver (Angel) left my very heavy package (122 lbs.) on the middle of my concrete step in the pouring rain, 8 feet from my front door. Driver indicated package was left next to front door-what a lie! Now contesting this nightmare with Fed-Ex, as this 122 lbs package is water-logged and still sitting on the wet concrete step. How lazy can you be, leaving a huge package in the middle of a concrete step and saying you delivered it where it wasn't!!! I wonder how many other deliveries this driver has messed up?!

I'd give 0 stars if it was an option. The worst delivery service the worst customer service. 3 days the delivery driver refuses to deliver my package even tho no signature is required called customer service 3 days and made clear Instructions to leave my front door they won't transfer me to a manager they won't do anything about it so I guess I won't be receiving it.. pretty soon Amazon will be putting u guys out of business

Tell/ train your drivers to stop walking on the grass. It’s a constant issue with FedEx. Use the driveway and sidewalk. It’s not that hard.
