“Metro self storage in Mundelein is by far the best storage facility I have ever seen. I had containers in a storage unit there for six years and not once did I ever see a bug and the tops of my containers never had dust on top of them. Chris and Karen are there to help with anything you could ever need. Even if you live far away, I would recommend the drive to use this storage facility! If you want your items to be stored in a pristine environment, and I mean pristine because it is literally spotless, then use metro storage in Mundelein!!!”

“Smooth drop off and pick up on both ends of our move. In this age of horrible customer service, it's refreshing when you call a business, the owner picks up straightaway, and you can quickly schedule something or get questions answered. That was our experience with UNITS. Also the machine they use to move the pod is cool. I'd definitely recommend using UNITS over using a self storage place you have to drive to. The price is similar, and you only have to load and unload your stuff once.”

“I want to give a huge shout out to Kevin and Adam. Saturday my prop bore sleeve went bad on my 1 year old Merc outboard and we were set to take a bunch of people out on Sunday. I put a post on Facebook at 10pm asking where I could get it fixed early Sunday. Kevin (service manager) from Your Boat Club messaged me on Facebook shortly after my post and said they would be happy to take care of it. They have a full service marina and a tech available Sundays from 8am to 3pm. I showed up at 8am and Adam took care of us right away all covered under warranty. Thanks again guys!”

With life being to crazy I always forget to make my payment so almost every month she calls me just to remind me that payment is due so that I can avoid a late fee. Jessica is always pleasant to talk to. They are lucky to have her.”

“We had a very positive experience with Federal Allied. Laura was our first contact and she was great to work with to get everything organized. Then we worked with Christy for the actual move. We had a lot of questions and both of them responded quickly to any concerns we had. Then on moving day Tim was the driver and did an excellent job of organizing all the loading activity. The 5 man crew that came with him were very careful and extremely hard working. We were very impressed. Then they unloaded us into mini storage a few days later. Again we felt very comfortable with how they handled our belongings and put things into storage. I would highly recommend Federal Allied.”

“Affordable climate control storage that is actually really nice. We've stored our things in here about 6 months and have had 0 issues. They always have plenty of carts available and even a good sized elevator to help get your things to the second floor. Only thing I would say is the time is broken in elevator and could be a potential hazard for customers.”
