Customer service was excellent; the store manager/attendant was very kind; informative, and helpful through a stressful move.

I reserved my truck online and called in the next day to confirm. They answered all of my questions and they even changed my reservation without any issues. I picked up the truck quickly and dropped off without any delays. This was the easiest rental I have ever had! Thanks Grayslake UHaul!!
