The entire practice has been outstanding since I got him. I know my puppy is in great hands under their outstanding care. This practice is excellent at handling last minute appointments and very responsive to any inquiries. I look forward to watching Hooper grow under their care and nurturing.”
“I’m so thankful for this facility. They truly did help me in my Rabit and my time of need! As I sat around and called close to 10 other places to see if they could get a Rabit in for emergency care. The only place that actually answered was Best Friends Animal Hospital. Everyone who works there is so kind hearted and caring. They even have a direct number that you can text and they will get back to you within two hours. You’re allowed to send text and photos to them and they can help you out from when you’re at home. I actually will no longer be bringing my dog to its original vet. I will be transferring over to this wonderful place because the staff is so amazing.”

“This place was great! We went at 4PM on a Saturday, so if you go then, expect a wait because it seems like they only had one doctor, but it was worth the wait. Dr Ray(hope I'm spelling his name right) was great! Incredibly knowledgeable and transparent. My guinea pig Lorelai had blood coming out of her, so after calling, they told me to bring her in. They didn't force anything on me and were open with the options available. We ended up opting to have the x-rays taken and found out she had calcium stones she was trying to pass. Dr Ray sedated her and managed to get the two out that were bothering her and informed us that she has more. He basically saved her life tonight, and for that, I'm eternally grateful.”
