Usually I am unable to fix my watch at the other places because it is cost prohibitive. This place is honest and provides great value. I highly recommend.”

Unfortunately I dont know anything about jewelry so I thought I was in trouble when I went to go get something for her B-Day. Luckily this store has an excellent staff. Amira and Loretta were extremely helpful during my search. They were patient with my total lack of knowledge and ultimately helped me find the perfect neckless for her B-Day. “absolutely amazing experience at this location. the store manager Asad greeted us and was just so helpful. he offered to pull out any watch we wanted and explained everything. his knowledge on the watches, materials, jewels, etc. was just incredible! any watch you pointed at he knew everything about it. the watches have a warranty and can be easily fitted <3 we talked about his background and i ended up buying such a beautiful watch. he was sooooo nice!! not pushy at all. just the most amazing service i could have possibly asked for! so lucky we got to experience this customer support. if you come here ask for him. thank you so much Asad! we will be back!!”

“Came in for an appraisal of my mom's old jewelry and received a patient, thorough, and knowledgeable appraisal. When I asked what the appraisal cost was, I was told there was no charge, only that if I ever wanted to sell they were interested. This kind of investment in future customers is rare and appreciated. I will definitely be back with other jewelry needs or to sell some pieces. Highly recommend.”
