“I have been a customer of Vlad for many many years. He is the best! He is so knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond for his customers. Thank you Vlad for the additional (unrelated) battery you helped me with today! Much appreciated.”
“What a pleasure to work with Christie. Knowledgeable, friendly, never pushy nor trying to upsell. She explained the warranties perfectly and don't try to push one that was declined.
I would work with her again in a heartbeat”

“I had 3 pairs gold and diamond earrings I no longer wanted so I went R&H to see what options I had. I was able to do an outside trade on my earrings, meaning I received a certain discount off of any new pieces I bought. The discount was on top of the sale price. Theresa helped me pick out some new white gold and diamond earrings that I am super happy with. Thank you.”
