“I had been waiting for two hours or so for the car rental company to send--from St. Louis to Greenville--someone who could open & revive my rental, to which I had lost the key fob.
At last the light dawned: Triple A, via 911 & Z-1 Automotive. As promised, help arrived in 15 min. or less! Kenny got me in-- to an undrivable car. He stayed much longer than necessary because of his concern for me. He left & I went to check my last known stop: where the fob sat in plain sight! As I returned to the car, there was Kenny again, returned to see about me! I doubt any AAA drivers exist more caring than Kenny.”
“We broke down coming through town and my husband had recently had a car accident so he wasn't able to do even the smallest of work to our mini van. We'll Justin came Highly recommended by the church pastor said he does all their work. So I gave him a call and explained our situation. He was there in minutes to assess the situation. He prioritized our needs to get home due to my husband's illness and injuries we needed to get to Dr's appointments. He quickly towed our van to his shop and ordered the part. As soon as the part got there he put it on and delivered our van to us at the local motel. He was very generous and we could tell he genuinely cares to help people. He will do everything in his power to get you back on the road safely and efficientl! His work is awesome and left our van cleaner than any mechanic has!”

“APRIL IS INCREDIBLE!!!!! Drove through a couple of days ago with my little family. We're desert people, so hearing that we're heading into tornado warnings was frightening. She had a quick chat with me about what to expect in your storms and was exceptionally comforting. The idea of driving into a tornado with 2 autistic kids was giving me heart palpitations, so her kindness was exactly what an uncertain traveler like me needed. Top teer empathy. Please take great care of her, she is worthy of moving high up the ladder 💞🫂🥰”
