Love's Travel Stop at Exit 45 on I-70 is a busy and convenient location that offers friendly service, clean facilities, and a well-stocked store. Drivers appreciate the modern amenities, including diesel fuel, gas, food, and supplies to keep them moving. The fuel islands are well-maintained, with plenty of squeegees and cleaning supplies, making it easy to clean windshields. Customers enjoy the consistent cleanliness of the bathrooms and the variety of food and drinks available. The station often features discounts, such as ten cents off per gallon, which adds to its appeal. However, it can get crowded, especially in the evening, with limited parking at times. Service experiences vary; some customers find the staff helpful, while others have noticed less attentive employees, particularly regarding lost items or quick service. Overall, Love's Travel Stop is a popular stop for travelers seeking fuel, snacks, or a quick shower, though it may sometimes feel busy or hectic.
I stopped because the sign said BW3'S TO-GO. I WANTED SOME WINGS. Well the restaurant was not even built yet and they were advertising it like it was open. I did get a shower without a wait in line though so I guess it worked out ok. Oh yeah and that stopped helped me dodge a tornado outbreak.

While dropping off goats at the Greenville Livestock Auction, we noticed our trailer tire was leaking from a bad stem valve. Love's in Greenville, IL hooked me up with a MacGyver-like temporary fix that got me back over the river to Missouri. Thank you very much to THE man August who saved the day.
