The night staff that cleans the showers is a very lazy person. There was someone else clothes on the fan, the tolet was discussing. My usual people where not here today and you can tell . I always stop at this specific location because of the clean showers . Please help.

Great place to rest! Slept like at home — quiet, peaceful, and lots of space. Plenty of parking, no problem even with a long trailer. The staff is super friendly and respectful toward drivers. Woke up refreshed and ready for the road again. Definitely stopping here next time!

Loves is one of the few gas stations that we use now. I love the $.10 a gallon discount every time! The bathrooms are always clean and they always have plenty of selection of food and drinks.

Pump would not work tried three different times went inside the ladies like yeah we've been having trouble with that one. Question why in the hell didn't you put a out of order on it? So we move up the next pump pump 20 gallons it shuts off tank was only half full usually loves has their stuff up and two par. This one needs to get in gear.

Clean enough and no glaeing issues but one cashier ain't going to do it. Not about to wait 15 minutes just to get a couple snacks on the road.

This is another Loves that is a hit or miss.
I didn’t pay attention to the inside when I walked in to look to see if they had fresh hotdogs. I mainly came for fuel and to clean my windshield. The fuel islands were maintained well, and I was happy to see plenty of good squeegees and full buckets with cleaning solution.

I thought everything was great except for one thing. I showered and forgot my belt in the shower room. The next morning I discovered I didn't have my belt and called to see if they had kept it, I could tell the employee that answered the phone was not interested in helping and did not want to go check to see if they had it. I go there once every other week for fuel and a shower, I will likely not go there again.

Pulled in around 9 PM — good luck finding parking at that hour (but hey, same story everywhere, right? 😄). Lot was packed, tons of movement, feels like a hotspot kinda place. Inside was fully stocked though — food, coffee, snacks, you name it. Solid stop if you can actually squeeze in. Popular for a reason!

Missoula and this has to be the worst location for me. Ask for gas the attendant was telling me the pump was having issues the manger proceeded to tell her let me see if it works and that he fixed the issue. My corporate cards charged me $4.oo per transaction, I moved to another pump as the lady cashier said she can switch the pump, the pump I was on accepted .21 only. So I was charged $4.00 for a broken pump that gave me .21 worth of gas. The manger came over and he was at the next pump , he said the hose one is prohibited means the def hose wasn't hung up, which isn't true , I knew it was because after the 21. Cents ,It auterized the def pump. I figured since the wasted time and not just closing off the pump that I would be able to get some diesel especially after the manager cosigned the pump. People are in up over there heads these places are becoming too massive they can't handle simple tasks. Close off the pump but don't direct me and then don't try to make the situation right. Not even one star only option. Ohh, forgot issues or no showers as well.
