So, we just visited this store yesterday and honestly the vibe in this store was weird. We felt like we were being watched and followed throughout the store. At first I thought it was me, but I asked my husband and he confirmed it. This was the worst feeling ever. I started to put everything back and leave. Zion Ace has the best customer service then the Ace on Yorkhouse and Lewis. I'm sorry I cheated on you! Needless, to say we won't be back. There are other stores that will appreciate us as customers.

I come here all the time and have been for years. Last week I was very disappointed in the customer service. It was pretty simple, I purchased three bags of pea gravel and took a picture of the price and SKU number in front of a pallet of gravel. Turns out this was the wrong size and they were out of that so I simply told the gentleman, Bob I will take the next size up. There was a $.30 price difference so I said $.30 times three is $.90 plus tax so here is a dollar. Bob said that won't work and I had to go back in return my purchase and re-purchase the three bags. I understand there may be inventory issues, but it was extremely lazy and wasted my time when the worker could've simply taken the dollar inside, and made the adjustment with the manager. Ace Hardware is twice as expensive as everywhere else because of convenience. That was all erased with me having to go back in and stand in line and do the transactions while Bob stood outside by my truck doing nothing.

Bought a B&D 20v 3/8" Cordless Driver/Drill Online yesterday, and brought MY current B&D 20v Cordless Drill in for comparison, the knowledgeable young man at the Front Register answered my questions effectively, thus I was "attempting" to buy a New Tool that was essentially the Same so I cancelled this purchase and was Refunded my Charges... GREAT Customer Satisfaction demonstrated by This Store!!! ???✔️?

I like going to ACE over a big box home improvement store. They do NOT, however, open when its posted that they do, which is confusing. Why post hours on the doors and then not be open within those hours?
