We usually like the Burlington in Gurnee Mills mall, but on this particular day 8/9/2025, the store looked a tad disorganized, making it hard to find back to school clothes. (We decided to go back another day or try the Vernon Hills location)

Burlington at Gurnee Mills is a great place to shop! The store is clean, well-organized, and offers amazing deals on name-brand clothing, shoes, and home goods. Staff are friendly and helpful, and there’s always something new to find. Great value and selection—definitely worth a visit!

I was very satisfied by the employees, and by Carmen Bucataru, especially, she helped me to find what I was looking for. She was very helpful and very polite. I was really happy having her takeing care of me.
