“Went in here for new clothes for a festival I'm going to. Loved the selection and prices, but most importantly, Bailey, the sales rep. She's incredibly knowledgeable on the clothing at hand and was a great help with her expertise. She was very patient and kind as I was in here for over an hour. Made my whole experience much easier. Would highly recommend this place and Bailey as the sales rep!”

“Yesterday my best friend and I went to Gurnee Mills to look for an outfit to wear to her birthday party and we were having no luck in every store we went to no one was helpful or friendly even. It was hard to even find anyone to ask a question to. And then we went into Buckle and it was the best decision. All of the girls were so helpful. They were all smiling and happy and just made her feel so at ease It literally felt like the scene from the movie Pretty Woman where the associates were doting on her bringing her clothes to try on and making her feel like a princess. Those girls who worked at Buckle in gurnee mills on Saturday, May 16th 2026 were the absolute BEST ❤️ Thank you for making my BFF feel so comfortable and helping her find the perfect birthday outfit!”
“One difference in going to Levi store is they carry off sizes you never see at other stores. Should take a look if concerned with proper fitting on jeans. Friendly staff ready to answer questions too.Dont forget to sign up for they new loyalty program!”

“The only thing I did not like was the fact that my 15 year old daughter could not try on her selected clothes that she picked out. The nice younger woman behind the cash register said, she could put the clothes on top of her clothes to try them on. My daughter did just that! HaHaHa. She purchased three outfits that was $14.99 each. And some other others. Overall I would definitely shop here myself. Not giving five stars due to her not being allowed to use the perfectly fine dressing rooms. My guess the dressing rooms are closed because of theft. Everyone has to pay for what thieves are doing smh.”

“I love shopping here in stores and online but the one thing I hate is the employees that approach me too often. I understand they have to do their job but they overdo it especially during the holidays. Last year I went with my sister and we were both shopping minding our business but tell me why I was approached like 3-4 times by different employees. Back to back the second and third time like bro let me shop in peace. When I get constantly approached like that it makes me think that they think I’m stealing and that makes me uncomfortable. Other than that in the past I’ve found good finds and received good help when I asked for it. I’m still gonna go this year for my holiday shopping but I hope they don’t approach me too often. Also the music is too loud sometimes.”
“David was extremely helpful helping me with an order which was needed in a short amount if time. Without hesitation, he jumped right in and was able to help. His follow up was great, and was a pleasure to work with.”
“Stop by here just looking around to see if anything caught my eye. The store tender Nathan welcomed me kindly and helped us find a certain product he even showed me a couple of styles he likes that they sell (great taste btw) but I most definitely will come back if they have more people like Nathan!!!!”
“This is my favorite store! I love the style of Wrangler pants. And the pants here are really cheap. You can find many below 10 bucks. Every time I go there, I come back with a heavy bag of pants (of course they have other things too, like shirts). The bag is heavy because I bought so many, also because some of the pants are made of very thick (hence durable) cloth. I can guarantee you that things you buy from here will be much cheaper than other stores, even other stores in malls, say the Lee store in Michigan City Mall.”
“I love the P.S side! Great deals, always the sizes I need for my two youngest and they like these styles. The last visit I made, the gentlemen who helped us was amazing! Super helpful, very patient, listened to what I wanted and found those things for me, made suggestions but wasn't at all pushy... Great place to shop for the kids!”

“It's Ross, what can I say, sometimes you go there and walk out with more than you wanted simply because they have some random stuff that's kinda cheap, (not always). I shop in the home section mostly. I prefer the round lake one instead, a little more organized, but that's probably because gurnee gets more traffic and ppl moving the merch around on shelves.”
“My friend and I went to Abercrombie to shop for spring, and Karlo was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond when we asked him to get items that were on the top shelf. He was patient with when we asked for assistance multiple times, he was there to help. Overall, we had great service, and Karlo should get a raise, would come again!”
“I haven't been to Gurnee since I was a teenager! My husband surprised me with a mini shopping spree, which turned out to be a spree for the kids because I'm just that kind of Mom! Lol. Anyways, we got here in the afternoon. You are required to wear a mask upon entering any store. Some stores did monitor capacity, so there was a line but they seem to move quickly. The food court did not have many options, and many of the restaurants were closed. On our way out we began to notice all the different activities for the kids. They have a bungee attraction and a train that goes around the mall. Next time we visit, we'll be sure our little guy has some fun! I like that there's lots of space to just sit and relax in the mall and they're accompanied by charging stations.”
“Lets be honest it's hard to find brick and mortar stores that sell just band merch. Other big brands that used to sell just music merch have diluted their stock. Rock America is one of the few stores I can go to where I can find proper band shirts for a reasonable price. Next time you find yourself in Southridge mall stop on by and tell Raven I sent ya, she'll set you right.”

“I recently visited the store to find a dress for my 16-year-old daughter, Ashley, for a special occasion. As a single father, I was kind of nervous and felt awkward since I don’t know much about dresses or fashion. The sales assistant was very kind and helpful right from the start. The assistant manager Magda came by to see how we were doing and must have sensed the tension and decided to help us more. She really broke the tension making us feel much more comfortable. Together, they made the situation delightful and memorable.
As a single father, I’m genuinely grateful for the experience. Moments like this don’t come around often, and I hope it’s a memory that stays with my daughter for a long time.
It is rare to find people of this calibre. The store is truly lucky to have such great employees committed to helping people and creating memorable experiences for their customers.”
