Worse service ever. Went in to do an exchange for a pair of crocs my son received for his birthday , but were too big. The employee said he didn’t know if I can return them. He went to get the manager in the back. Came back only to say she’s in a meeting and cannot come out. I then asked what I can do then , he says “I don’t know”. Ridiculous!! Hire people who know how to do their job! 5/27/2025 in the morning

The friendliness of everyone that worked there was super helpful and kind. I was to especially shootout to Laria who quite literally made our entire day with how the went about e and beyond.

I went to the Gurnee Mills store on 11/2/24 and had the BEST helper ever! Asian Norman went above and beyond to help me find Crocs for my girls and let me tell you there was a lot of “can you check
In the back for this”. She also politely gave suggestions based on what she noticed my kids were looking for. I was very happy with her customer service skills.

They over charged my card then when i went back to return the items that they told me was free and charged me for it then lied and called the cops on me & others etc…

Idk who this lady is but she is scamming people at Gurnee mills mall in the crocs store she charged my moms card for something we didn’t buy then when we came back to get it tookin off the card she alr had a customer at the front that she charged something extra on there card to we asked to speak to the manager and the manager took forever to come to the front not only that she had a bad attitude and got very disrespectful with my mother and siblings then she started to argue with us as we were leaving out hours later she called the police and lied to them but I have video proof

On 11/14/23 in for fun and to check out things! Staff was really friendly, especially Iliana. She was really sweet and helpful with letting us know with sales, and offered us boxes for the jibbits. She also gave us a little cardboard holder for the jibbits. She truly embodies customer service, and was very friendly and just a fun person to talk to about not croc related!

They didn't let me do an even exchange, they would refund the amount I paid online and pay the difference which was technically full price
