The employees are always cheerful, helpful, and know where products are. The hot bar is well taken care of, and the parking lot is tidy and easily accessible from the highway, making it a pleasure to shop there. However, some customers have noted that the buffet needs more attention, with complaints about the quality of the fried rice. Additionally, some employees could take more pride in the store's cleanliness, as one customer observed cups that had fallen on the floor being ignored. Despite these minor issues, Mariano's customers generally have a positive experience. They praise the floral department, the self-checkout staff, and the store managers, who have provided excellent service and assistance.
Disappointment. I love this store, it's so convenient for to shop there because I work in the same plaza. I was shocked and disappointed to learn they will be closing. And employee told me mid July the store is closing. They will be missed by the PSP crew!
