“I am in awe at each visit. The shortage in each department must be overwhelming, I applaud the teams positive attitude. On many occasions I have heard them be verbally abused. One example is the deli department. Maybe take some time to think about what they do on their shift, it’s not just the “counter”. The stockers, they don’t just fill our shelves they must rotate and look at each products expiration date. I could list more examples but I think you get my sentiment. Have some patients, thank a team member for being there. Kind words can change everyone’s day. Thank you Gurnee Jewel for all the great service you provide.”

“I recently went to Gurnee and I decided to buy some groceries and I ended up in this place. It is my first time at this location of Sam's Club and nothing is really different. The parking is wide and spacious. The store was so busy, but the cleanliness of the whole place was still maintained. I chose this place for my groceries, and the main reason is that they have a great selection of literally everything that I needed. They also have better prices. They have a wide and fresh selection of produce. There are a variety of options for snacks, and my favorites are available. I also went to the liquor section, where I found a wide selection of different liquors, and I could just choose anything I wanted. The 818 drink, which I think is kind of famous now, is also available, and I never tried it, which made me buy one. There are no worries when it comes to the stocks in this place because there are a lot of stocks, or more like unlimited stocks, for everything. I was about to go to the checkout when I felt famished, and the good thing is that there are foods available inside. I bought a hot dog and a brownie sundae, which were definitely delicious. There was a long line at the checkout, but it did not frustrate me a lot after eating some good food before proceeding in there.”

“Gurnee Mills is a dump, but sometimes you find that diamond in the rough. Pepper Palace is the diamond of Gurnee Mills. The guy helping me was just awesome. He answered all my questions, listened and helped me pick some things out and he was not wrong. He nailed it. What I bought is delicious, the ghostly garlic sauce is especially good. I am thrilled I discovered this store and cannot wait to get some more.”

“This location is good. Produce is usually fresh and stocked. Shelves are well stocked. Customer service is hit or miss. Some people (staff) are really nice while others will not greet you. Parking is plentiful and the location is easy to find.Overall 8/10 experience”

“I normally go to the Vernon Hills location, but ended up here to get my covid vaccine doses. Kosha in the pharmacy couldn't have been nicer. I shopped for a few groceries each time and felt it was a better experience than the VH store. Better product selections.”
