Visited this Old Navy yesterday. This is the cleanest, most organized Old Navy I have ever been to. Even every single clearance item was in the correct size area. Plus the employees were so kind! Great job to everyone!

Went here on Saturday to do a return and shop around and had great service so I had to leave a review! The second I walked in I was greeted. I headed to the register to ask some questions about my return and the cashier was personable, friendly and helpful. As I was shopping around another worker came up to me and gave me a bag for my items and helped me put them in. He also called me pookie which at first threw me off but I loved it lol. Super friendly, funny and helpful as well, I saw him helping multiple other people in the store while shopping & he later asked me if I was doing ok. I felt welcomed and that if I needed help I would be able to find that easily, but also it was not in an invasive or uncomfortable way- it was friendly and laid back which I loved. Unfortunately couldn't find exactly what size I was looking for but tons of other selections in the store. They always have great sales here & coupons as well. Definitely my favorite old navy around here!

Workers on the floor were very kind and helpful. Once I got to the cashier, it was the opposite, barely got a greeting, and was rung up and given my bag. Never have i felt so awkward

The manager Christine is a horrible person. AVOID HER! I had a horrible experience with her. I won’t go into much detail but she gives me racist vibes. Go to Vernon Hills or Pleasant Prairie.
