I have found my new optical home for me and my daughter! The crew at Gurnee’s Pearle Vision are a DELIGHT to visit.
Dr. Eugene Berkovich was my doctor and he is very present and grounded. He was super clear in explaining everything, and the machine that takes photos of your inner eyeball (in lieu of dilation) was pretty cool to see. 👁️
My fave Associate Hadrian has a GREAT eye for style. I was browsing to choose my new glasses and the first pair he suggested were these beautiful Tiffany & Co. frames I would have totally overlooked.
I still shopped around, pulled several off the shelf, and sat down to really choose. I found a top 3 and the Tiffany pair Hadrian eyeballed for me were the undoubtable winners. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I love them so much!
A couple days later, Dr. Svetlana Kugel was the eye doctor for my 11-year-old daughter. She also had my girl feel comfortable and was thorough in the exam and explaining everything.
Store Manager Tony taught my daughter how to put in and take out her new contacts for the first time and he is a phenomenal teacher. He has great patience and gives perfect guidance.
He made great conversation to put her at ease, we talked about her fave musical artist and the show Stranger Things and his jokes are just too funny.
They have great prices and deals on frames, rebate offers on contacts, and the most affable staff I’ve ever encountered at an eye doc shop.

Tony is so friendly and eager to help our family find the best fitting and most stylish frames. He has gone above and beyond every time we needed a repair and has been instrumental in helping us select the warranty plan that best suits our families needs. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service and selection of glasses at Pearle Vision in Gurnee. We are dedicated customers and will return to their establishment for all of our eyewear needs.
